När jag tyvärr sprängde min ankel, lånade han till och med mig kruts och gav information om ett närliggande sjukhus, som var extremt hjälpsamt och mycket uppskattat.Rummet var spottlöst och väl underhållet, och även om kompakt, var det mycket bekvämt. Frukost var glädjefull, med smakfulla kroissanter, säsongsfrukter, hampa och ost, yoghurt och ett urval av drycker.Jag var mycket nöjd.Jag skulle verkligen älska att stanna här igen när jag kommer tillbaka till Montreux Jazz Festival."

"It's very close to Vevey train station, just across the street from the exit, so there are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and bus stops nearby, making it very convenient. The room we booked was quite large, and we easily accommodated our last-minute request for an extra bed. Our room also came with a kitchen, complete with cutlery, utensils, and a microwave. For Chinese people accustomed to hot water and hot meals, after the torment of cold bread and salads in German-speaking Switzerland, it was finally possible to buy cold food from the supermarket and heat it up in the room before eating. Haha… The bathroom was a bit dated; the air conditioning was probably a retrofit, so it had its own remote control, not a panel on the wall. The breakfast was simple, with limited options. If you wanted coffee, you had to ask the waiter, and they would brew a pot for you. It's very close to Vevey train station—just cross the road from the exit. So, there are plenty of surrounding supermarkets, restaurants, and bus stops, making it quite convenient. The booked room is relatively spacious, and our temporary request for an extra bed was easily fulfilled. The room type we chose also comes with a kitchen, equipped with tableware, cooking utensils, and a microwave. For Chinese people who are used to drinking hot water and eating warm meals, after being "tortured" by all the cold bread and cold salads in the Swiss German-speaking region, it’s such a relief to finally be able to buy cold food from the supermarket, take it back to the room, and heat it up before eating. Haha... The bathroom facilities are a bit old. The air conditioner seems to be retrofitted too, so it has a separate remote control instead of being controlled by a panel on the wall. The breakfast is quite simple with not a lot of options. If you want coffee, you need to ask the waiter, and they’ll brew a pot separately."

"It Is one of the finest hotels I've stayed in. Well appointed room with excellent amenities. Surreal views of the lake and mountains from the room add to the experience. The reception staff members, Emma, Chevlerie (if I got her name right) and the gentleman during the night shift were all extremely courteous and helpful and ensured we were taken good care of. Sofia Maria from the restaurant went above and beyond to remember our choices and was just exceptional with her gracious service attitude and performed het role with aplomb. Thoroughly enjoyed the spa (Jacuzzi,sauna pool and the cold bath) which was one of the best spas to relax in. The food menu though limited was of high quality. Breakfast buffet was lavish. The overall ambience and aesthetics of the hotel are par excellence. It is very well located in the centre of Vevey and an easy walk to everywhere. Overall an oasis of calm and a perfect holiday spot in the riviera. Would love be back here over and over again. My toddler daughter whose birthday we celebrated at the hotel during the trip remembers this as her most memorable part of the stay in Switzerland and truly misses it! Full marks to the exceptional hotel and service for making our stay memorable."

"The apartment itself is quite spacious, with a large and comfortable bed, though it was a bit creaky. There's also a sofa for relaxing or just socializing and watching TV. One downside is that the TV is very small, only 3 channels worked, and there's no Netflix. Another issue was that the toilet in the bathroom wasn't properly clean. The location is good because it's near the station, but there are a lot of surveillance cameras. We felt quite observed and intimidated by a group of men/boys who were circling the street at the same time for three consecutive days. Furthermore, I was very unhappy because we asked to reserve parking, and when we arrived, we couldn't park our car in the apartment's private parking spaces because we were told it was full, even though there were only two cars parked there for all three days. We ended up having to pay absurd amounts for parking in another lot."

"Detta hotell är ett skämt.Rummet var så varmt att jag var tvungen att hålla fönstret öppen för natten.På första våningen stoppade inte bullern under natten och folk kom klockan fyra för att manipulera lite saker på gatan. Frukost finns inte i jämförelse med anständiga hotell."
