"是充滿驚喜的一次體驗，首先是酒店無論從位置、設施、服務、細節用心程度、性價比，都堪稱完美，值得收藏反覆入住，大廳休息區很寬大舒適簡潔還美觀不僅有現磨咖啡還有小零食更驚喜的是我們辦理入住是還有烤紅薯和洋芋 🥰房間全是智能化，床品也是真的很舒服，枕頭兩面是不同的那個蕎麥枕頭還挺舒服，冬天了那個浴室的水很熱也很大，酒店的洗護用品對我來説真的好好用，酒店25樓還有健身房和洗衣房雖然我沒使用但是挺不錯的看着，旁邊就是餐廳，早餐種類也很多，味道也不錯。服務人員熱情貼心，前台小姐姐都很耐心。差點忘了她們晚上還送了粥和小零食！真的超不錯！最後就是威寧真的好美😍我和朋友運氣很好剛好看到那個夕陽和海鷗！小姐姐推薦的本地小吃也不錯下次一定還要再來！"

"新開的全季，硬件設施完全沒有挑頭，房間設計到大廳都很棒。但是酒店的管理沒有到位，一是晚上10點過到，前台還在積極營銷開全季會員送一份早餐，説第三方攜程訂的早餐要麼不全，要麼沒有，實際訂單含了雙早，訂單顯示14歲以下免費，本來我們早餐就是滿的，營銷行為浪費了旅客休息時間。二是應對早餐高峯期人手準備不足，早餐一個煮麪，一個保潔在幫忙補充麪檔調料等，9點到9點半長達半個小時無法收拾，大家都是自己把桌上臟盤子推開將就坐，保潔忙完麪檔才能收拾，阿姨也是一分鐘沒歇過，春節住了四家酒店就這家全季應對高峯期不足，存在這種情況。"

"我們是兩家人一起出行，房間都是挨着的很方便。房間安排的也很滿意，還有機器人送物，早餐很豐富，還有特色辣子雞，現在是草海看海鷗的最佳時間，草海很漂亮，要趕下一個行程，行李有點多，前台還幫我們拉行李到停車場，服務和衞生都很好，值得大家來住，體驗很好。"

"止不住真要好好的説説這次入住經歷。意外、驚喜、感動是這次入住的最直觀感受！零晨四點，託着一身的疲憊沿高速下威寧準備隨意找個酒店入住，碰巧就看到了草海春天！零晨四點啊，走進大堂，首先就被大堂小姐姐的熱情服務感染到了，辦入住、意外升級房型、早餐的悉心安排都讓我倍感親切，！進到房間，乾淨整潔衞生！第二天退房，前台接班的服務員再次提醒早餐幫我們延時了，讓用完歺再走！這是一次愉快的入住體驗，非常棒！發自內心給五星好評！下次出差還住這！"

"整潔床墊軟和一家人安睡了一晚，洗澡時熱水感覺流水量有點小但熱度夠，洗澡隔間有一點點小，家裡人都是170或180的高個覺得轉不了身。看海鷗去了江家灣碼頭和西海碼頭，景點裏麪都不大打掃很乾凈景色也好，但是沒有衞生間是免費進入的，在景點對面爬上一個小山坡看到了更美的景色。去鎖黃倉濕地公園看了黑頸鶴，也是免費進園的，這個必須帶上觀看工具，鶴們都在水的中央，幸好我們有個手機可以拉10倍鏡頭不然都是遺憾。自駕會方便很多，公路很好走的，景點附近的免費停車場不太好找，總在開車人的視線死角中，不想動腦停車景點邊上有很多當地人圍起的收費停車場。第一天開車到達草海鎮，第二天看了海鷗和黑頸鶴就回程了，一次愉快的旅行。"
