Hotel Crystal Mountain ★★★★★

"We have checked for 2 days in November 2024 at Crystal Moutain hotel in Wisla. Unfortunatelly there were slight issues at the beggining of our stay which have made our stay a bit uncomfortable. Nothing serious but still annoying. Evening upon check in we had decide to complain to reception. We have been serviced by Deputy Hotel Director Mr. Krystian K. who resolved all issues timely with a smile and understanding. We have enjoyed our stay as much as we have expected and have excellent memories from our stay at Crystal Mountain hotel. if you face issues please talk to Managers as they are happy tohear it for improvement actions and happy to help to resolve it"
