"left after night one because we found cockroaches in the room. after finding first one we gave it the benefit of the doubt that it’s spring and a bug is normal but wanted a new room. after they moved us a couple doors down we found 2 more cockroaches. we left immediately. they did refund me 2/3 nights I had booked."

"The room was a disappointment. The carpet was old and looked dirty. Headboard of bed was ripped in many places. In the bathroom we expected a heated floor as advertised but it was not working. The shower stall had a rusty stool. It didn't give a good impression. We didn't feel our room was prepared for us. We had coffee to make but no cups to drink it in. I went to shower and only one wash cloth was avaliable. No instructions posted by the heating controls. We had to ask. Quite difficult to see symbols. Noisy heating fan above bed. Our room needs a mager makeover before I would reccomend anyone staying in this hotel."

"Nothing too bad, just weren’t very impressed. It’s an older two-story hotel with no elevator. We were there in August when the place was being painted. The halls were a mess, and they left the door open, which meant the common areas were warm and humid. We had trouble with our room AC when we accidentally turned it off in the middle of the night while trying to adjust the temperature and had trouble getting the compressor to come back on. We could only get one channel on the TV. The real kicker was that while it was advertised when we booked the room that breakfast was included, we found a note on the door in the morning saying there was not breakfast the day we were there. We probably wouldn’t do this again. "
