the room is spacious and the reception is very helpful. we've stay here for 5 nights. the location is great, convennient to go to the center and metro. we've checked out and go to other place for 1 night and they've been willing to keep our big luggages. and they also gave us a cute gift. overall very happy with our stay. will stay here again when back to chengdu.

First the location is at a very strategic location, just opposite the main shopping and attractions place chunxi road. But to find the hotel is a bit difficult and car or didi cannot enter it need to pass by a small alley to reach the hotel Second the hotel cleaness is not so ok as there are dust and dirt on the wall and gap with the bed or tatami. Moreover The bath room shower also have leaking. But i will not complain for more for the price that I get. Third if you need a short stay for one night is fine because the room is a bit too small for me and my girlfriend. Even our big luggage have no space to open But overall I have a nice stay and I will give a 5 star for it's location 📍位置 酒店位置真的很棒，就在春熙路正对面，逛街和吃东西都非常方便。唯一的小缺点是有点难找，车子或滴滴不能直接开到门口，需要走一小段巷子才能到酒店。 🧹卫生 卫生方面一般，墙面以及床或榻榻米的缝隙处能看到一些灰尘，浴室的淋浴也有轻微漏水的问题。不过考虑到这个价位，其实也还能接受。 🛏️房间大小 如果只是住一晚没问题，但房间偏小，我和女朋友住会觉得有点挤，大件行李几乎没有空间完全打开。 ⭐总体评价 整体入住体验还是不错的，性价比可以，尤其是地理位置真的加分。如果主要是为了方便逛春熙路，我还是会给位置五星好评。

Good location, and the staff were happy to answer my many questions using translator apps, and provided valuable advice. The breakfast buffet offered quite a few Chinese dishes, which I enjoyed. I was given three complimentary meals per day (which I have not experienced at a hotel before), although I was only available to enjoy the breakfast each day.

The location is good. It is a walking distance from Baoguoshi bus station. There are mold patches in the bathroom. I stay near the stairs and I can clearly hear any noise coming from there. The sound proof is really terrible. The public onsen is located on another building's ground floor and has no privacy as just next to the street.

Att resa med ett barn var fantastiskt! Hotellets läge är bekvämt och frukostbuffén är perfekt för barnfamiljer – barnen älskade den. Den största överraskningen var den omtänksamma receptionisten som uppgraderade vårt rum! Det nya rummet var rymligare och ljusare, och barnen hade jättekul med att leka i det. Kvällsyoghurten var en söt detalj, ett perfekt mellanmål vid sänggåendet. Den kostnadsfria mellanmålspåsen vid utcheckningen var också en fröjd för barnen! Rummet var rent, servicen var uppmärksam och valuta för pengarna var utmärkt. Jag kommer definitivt att välja detta hotell igen för min nästa familjesemester!

Reser med barn och hotellets läge var perfekt! Bara några minuters bilresa från alla större attraktioner i centrum. Direkt under hotellet finns ett shoppingområde med Chunxi Road gågata, så du behöver inte åka bil för att shoppa. Tianfu Square och Science and Technology Museum ligger också i närheten, vilket är superbekvämt när man reser med barn. Hygien: Städpersonalen städade rummet varje dag och alla engångsartiklar byttes ut och fylldes på regelbundet. Service: Både kundtjänst och receptionens personal var mycket entusiastiska och svarade snabbt på alla våra önskemål. Kort sagt, otroligt prisvärt! Om jag kommer till Chengdu igen kommer jag definitivt att bo här igen.

The hotel is really well located. right by the river and within walking distance of the entrance to The Giant Buddha. The room is ok, quite large with a view of the river, but everything is a bit worn. The staff is not very welcoming and it is a shame because it would have made the experience much better.
