The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The location was not ideal but you can always take a taxi ride to the old town.

環境真不錯 還有水果麪包果汁早餐提供 距離機場十多分鐘路程 十美元機場出租車看到酒店門口 住宿房間環境就那樣吧（基多酒店基本都這樣） 服務非常不錯 入住時手機拉在出租車司機車上了 也是店員幫忙聯繫到出租車公司 半個小時後出租車司機把手機送回來了 然後我付了十美元感謝費給店員

Paid airport shuttle per trip but they put someone else on difference flight/time together and let us wait/late 15mins without telling why. This is wrong. This problem should be fix easily by telling the day before and ask if we ok to wait another person. If pp miss the flight, i dont see this place will responsible for the air tickets and other costs. What if pp on biz class flight and miss the plane? Would hotel pay thousands dollars for customer?
Think about it and be Professional! Just use the Google translate and explain to customer before the day!!
Hot water got problem, half an hour to fixed.

酒店客流量很大，也是當地比較受歡迎的，樓下中國麪條不錯，住的大部分都是中國人，早餐也不錯，唯一缺點就是房間小一點，這可能是國外通病吧

Хороший отель, очень большой номер, душ и джакузи, приносят воду, кофе, дали адаптер для розетки. Фен был перемотан изолентой, правда. В ванной был и шампунь, и кондиционер, ещё пена для ванной. Но не было тапочек, халатов. Полотенец маловато почему-то, они небольшие, но в целом хватало, каждый день меняли.
Их ресторан (в отеле) не советую: пицца ещё более-менее, а суп и паста вообще не понравилось, ещё и плохо после было. Лучше посмотреть ближайшие заведения с хорошим рейтингом и пойти туда. Завтрак пойдет, не самый разнообразный, но голодными не останетесь.

Sehr gutes, nagelneues, direkt im Flughafen gelegenes Business Hotel. Ideal für eine Weiterreise. Es war alles top. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielfältig und lecker. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen guten Preis.
Leider fehlen 10% Steuern zusätzlich an, die bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich waren.

Rummen på Hotel Rio Amazonas är rymliga och har trägolv. De har även en minibar och ett eget badrum med badkar och dusch. Rumsservice erbjuds också.

Absolutely Outstanding Stay at Hotel Villa Lafayette!
My stay at Hotel Villa Lafayette was nothing short of exceptional. It’s by far the cleanest hotel in all of Ecuador—absolutely spotless in every corner. The entire property is beautifully maintained, quiet, and filled with elegant touches that make it feel both luxurious and welcoming.
The staff were outstanding—warm, attentive, and truly professional. They offered excellent local recommendations and always treated me with kindness and care.
The location is ideal—tucked in a peaceful part of La Mariscal, just a short walk from Plaza Foch and some of Quito’s best restaurants and shops. My room was quiet, stylish, and very comfortable, with a serene garden view that made me feel instantly relaxed.
Breakfast each morning was fresh, generous, and thoughtfully prepared. The entire experience felt safe, polished, and perfectly cared for.
If you’re looking for elegance, cleanliness, and world-class service, Hotel Villa Lafayette is simply the best choice in Ecuador. I would return in a heartbeat!

DDavid Ata.Отель не виноват что городские власти не могут обеспечить безопасность в центре столицы. Сам отель невероятный, очень красивый, очень уютный, невероятно стильно и любовно оформлен. Завтрак на веранде с прекрасным видом, сам завтрак небольшой но вкусный, хлеб очень мягкий и свежий.
Что вам нужно знать: двери отеля всегда закрыты, если вы приезжаете ночью нужно предупредить чтобы в отеле вас ждали, так как этот район города не очень благополучный. Мой заезд был в 3 ночи, мне пришлось попросить таксиста стоять рядом со мной пока я звонил в дверь и пока мне не открыли, если бы я остался один мне было бы тревожно. В номере есть большое окно и балкон но его так же приходится держать закрытым из-за безопасности. Я хорошо понимаю что сотрудники отеля очень стараются чтобы внутри вы чувствовали себя в безопасности и комфортн но не могут повлиять на ситуацию за пределами отеля

That said, the view from the upper floors is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay. Additionally, the breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and tasty options. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but upgrading the facilities and decor would significantly improve the stay.

Kkevie520酒店位置不錯，樓下有超市購物方便，離公交站也不遠，可以做公交去基多市博物館，博物館旁邊有醫院可以打黃熱疫苗。酒店公共區域環境不錯，有很多老物件擺設，前台老闆很好，提供免費打印服務，乾洗了一袋衣服5刀，3樓頂可以看到基多大教堂和麪包山，夜景也很不錯。就是這邊酒店不提供脱鞋洗漱用品，需要自備。

CCarmyWe enjoyed our stay with it being a short walk to La Floresta and the breakfast was good. The staff are friendly and we satisfyingly used their laundry service. The hotel is clean too. Miguel arranged our transfers too which were at good rates.
