En general estuvo bien, pero si hay cosas a mejorar. No nos dejaron ninguna toalla el primer día, el segundo no dejaron la de pies. La capacidad de espacio para desayuno en algunos horarios no es suficiente. El extractor de vapor del baño no sirve.
Son cosas que no he tenido problema en otras ocasiones y ahora si.

Well, we stayed there one night honestly, the continental breakfast is what got me coming back didn’t realize they don’t have king size bed, which be my husband we’re looking for, but we’re too tired to look for another hotel. The location is great and yeah, but next time I think we need a king size bed but the hotel was really great. Service was a little slow for my reservation. I had to wait about 30 minutes, which is kind of a long time other than that everybody was great wonderful the staff spoke English, which is helpful overall it’s a great hotel. I would recommend it in. The views are amazing as well. You can see the sun coming up from your window I really enjoyed that, but I believe it’s more like for single people or groups of people not so much couples but there again, the food was amazing in the morning.

La atención del personal es muy buena, la relación precio calidad es equiparable, entiendo que estén remodelando y por eso algunos pequeños detalles en las instalaciones, por todo lo demás, no me queda más que felicitarlos, definitivamente mi hotel favorito en este destino, lo recomiendo

EEnrique MiceliCasa Mexicana is ideally located in a charming traditional colonial house, right in the heart of San Cristobal de las Casas, a Pueblo Mágico. Its location makes it perfect for exploring the city’s vibrant andadores (pedestrian streets). The hotel spans two spacious buildings, with décor that’s not only Instagram-worthy but also harmoniously reflects the rich cultural heritage of Chiapas. It’s an excellent choice whether you’re traveling with family or as a couple.
The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the value for money is outstanding given the quality and character of the property. While Casa Mexicana features an on-site restaurant, we didn’t get the chance to dine there. Nonetheless, I would absolutely return for another stay.

GGästanvändareThis hotel is very close to the Palenque archeological area, with easy access through the shuttle busses (collectivos) running every 10 minutes. It provides no food service, its saving grace being the excellent restaurant ”La Jungla Maya” across the street. The hotel accepts only cash for payment. We had to request the room be cleaned whan we returned the first day, as the staff did not bother doing so. We had to change the room, as the bathroom sink's drain was not properly connected and was flooding. The staff did not help us with the move, and we had to pay for the room key which was lost while moving. There is a nice and refreshing swimming pool on its nice grounds.

GGästanvändareThe staff was good. The price was right. Breakfast was good although I would have liked to see some bread choices. Cafe American made with very good coffee. Towels in room are in need of being softer. Very course. They smell of being in the dryer too long . There is a sitting/eating area with an atrium and very nice plants growing. There is a travel agency connected with the hotel. They are very good. I also arranged my transportation to and from the hotel. Being picked and returned to the airport.the management of the hotel is very conscientious

GGästanvändareA surprisingly nice hotel with a clean spacious room, including interior air conditioning and a private balcony.
The hotel includes spaces to relax, a decent restaurant offering some local cuisine choices.
It is also well located for easy taxi access to the airport and Tren Maya station, and it is walkable to reach the town (although not a scenic walk along the main road - but there is a big supermarket 10 minutes down the road which is a handy to buy snacks for day excursions).

GGästanvändareEl lugar es bonito. Si no eres 100% amante de los animales no lo recomiendo. Hay varios animales no muy agradables rondando el hotel. Y hay bastante ruido por las noches las habitaciones tienen bastantes insectos como hormigas son las que no pican pero se suben a tus cosas o ropa.
Recomendaría al lugar fumigar las habitaciones de ahí en fuera tienen una zona de alberta bastante bonita. Para salir del hotel tienes que pedir un taxi o llegar en carro.
