Nos encantó la experiencia, las cabañas limpias, lindas, románticas.. La calidad del colchón y las sábanas, muy buena. La atención de las chicas te hace sentir en casa, súper atentas y nos dieron recomendaciones para visitar hermosas playas cercanas. Estaba preocupada pues pensaba que estaban muy retiradas, pero nada que ver, es muy fácil llegar. Sin duda volveremos. Gracias por sus atenciones.

El personal es muy amable!!
Las habitaciones son muy amplias y limpias!!
Nosotras elegimos el desayuno incluido y estaba deliciosa la comida.
Sin duda regresaría al hotel!!
Ahí mismo encuentras tours para conocer las baías, las cascadas entre otras cosas, todo es muy accesible!!
Fue un viaje de amigas que disfrutamos mucho!!

Todo estuvo bien excepto que yo reserve y pagué una habitación con cama grande y me dieron primero una habitacion con dos camas dobles, a lo que por supuesto reclamé y me dijeron que se sobrevendieron las habitaciones por eso me daban una con 2 camas dobles sin costo extra, yo les dije que era muy incomodo porque solo eramos mi esposo y yo y no dormiriamos en una cama chica pues yo reserve cama grande para nuestro dedcanzo, total que me rehubicaron a otra habitacion estandar con solo una cama normal que para nada era cama grande como yo reserve, la verdad me sentí estafada, no fué lo que yo pagué y no era mi culpa que ellos sobrevendieran las habitaciones, además que yo llegué 2 min antes de las 3 de la tarde, hora en que inicia el check in y me dijeron que ya todas estaban ocupadas, lo cual no creí, ademas, el hotel estaba medio vacío

We arrived for one night after a long day. We were tired and room had to be changed due to at end first floor near road.
Entertainment kept us up but did end by 11 pm
Food was not great since we don’t like ioriental.
Breakfast was ok but all good cold.
Reservation was all inclusive
Invoice said dinner Feb 10
Breakfast and lunch Feb 11.
We missed lunch due to check out at 1 pm. Should not be on ********* invoice that way
Sorry wouldn’t advise others of this place or come back

EEdwin.RodriguezEnded up staying here for a night while on a trip with my wife for a best friends wedding but Amazing service I could not be more satisfied from start to finish even after. Bags were taken in from the beginning straight to our room after check in. Room was clean and with a gorgeous view of the city. Felt welcomed our whole stay. We went down to the pool and towels were easily accessible and great area to swim in and relax. We then decided to have dinner down by the pool which was delicious and service was great. Server was very attentive and polite. At this point I wish we had more time to stay another night. Then ended the night relaxing in bed when we still craved refreshments from dinner and room service was fast. While getting ready to leave the next morning I noticed I left my iPad in the room and when I reached out to a manager through email (Carlos Sosa Navarrete) since calling wasn’t working for me he was really helpful and was able to send a taxi to deliver my iPad to the airport. He was so responsive through email. Honestly best experience I’ve had compared to back home. Don’t have nothing negative to say besides we wish we could’ve stayed longer. I never leave reviews but this place was a must and wasn’t missing an opportunity to let others know of this amazing spot.

GGeriShaikhHotel wasn't too bad for our first night. They give one small bottle of water and expect clients to get more water from their ”filtered” water dispenser, which was completely empty and didn't get refilled until the following evening when we no longer needed it. The location is not walkable to any stores, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. You need to get a taxi to go anywhere.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and that was a plus.
The size of the room was all right. The beds were very comfortable. Good lighting in the room. Good size bathroom. Nice view of city below during night hours.
The biggest negative was the AC on our second and last night was leaking onto the bed. Had to keep it off all night and bear the discomfort af a warmer temp as windows don't open.
Water pressure was really good; unfortunately, the hot water isn't consistent and would keep fluctuating between hot and cold.
I do not think the value was good considering all the negatives. I wouldn't return to this hotel.

GGästanvändareThe overall vibe could be described as monastic luxury. The location and room quality was amazing. But you want to think hard about how important a view/windows are before you book. If you are OK with out them then it's all good. Many rooms look into interior courtyards/corridors and windows are all frosted. Like many places in Mexico, the whole check in and so on is run digitally via WhatsApp, so if you dont get your codes in advance then you could be in trouble. Other than the sparsely (but very high quality) appointed room there are no amenities that i could identify. But they share a list of things to do and do respond to WhatsApp if you have questions.

GGästanvändareHotel is located in the city centre of Santa Cruz area which is a short walk to the beach. It is surrounded by cafe, restaurants and local stores to shop. Hotel staffs are super friendly and helpful despite our limited spanish - they will try their best to accommodate your needs and answers your questions. It costs about 40 - 50 pesos to downtown (you can choose to walk too but we find it too hot for us). Personally, we find that the area is very safe and pleasant - unlike other larger touristy city, vendors are less pushy and very respectful and give you the space to shop.

GGästanvändarereally liked the hotel itself but staff were a little overbearing, particularly male staff asking if I was by myself and if I had a boyfriend as a young female solo traveller… not cool. Also, at one point staff just walked into my room without knocking and then didn’t even apologize! Just asked if it was only me in the room and walked back out! That was crazy to me. Otherwise, pool was lovely, gardens very nice, and I like the beach club down the road

GGästanvändareNice hotel, close to most tourist spots, including bars and restaurants. Staff were good, room was large but more expensive than Mexico City in terms of value.
WIFI was spotty, breakfast was not great, but good enough to start the day off with.
They need to do some basic maintenance in bathrooms, toilet handle inside tank and shower-head had a-lot of calcium buildup that could be fixed with replacement or vinegar and baking soda.
