El personal muy amable, el desayuno está bien, las habitaciones igual, solo para el agua caliente es necesario que el agua esté a toda la presión y puede ser un poco incómodo, punto a favor es que tiene un micro en la habitación y no en todos los lugares es asi, super buen punto cuando vas con bbs

This is my second stay here, and the room remains clean and spacious with comfortable bedding.
The only drawback is that the soundproofing could be a bit better. However, considering the price, it still offers great value compared to other hotels.

很棒的酒店，位置很方便，巴士總站走過去也就15分鐘。斜對面有個la comer超市，物價很不錯，裏面有各個銀行的ATM機，裏面有超市自己的咖啡館和小餐館，東西也還不錯，有營業員會説英文。酒店背後是普通的居民區，很普通一點點臟亂差，但是墨西哥不就這樣，有些小館子，還不錯的。房間相當不錯個人覺得配的枕頭都比較高哈哈

GGästanvändareIt was a brief stay for us - only one night to catch an early flight home from QRO airport. The service was excellent, the room was modern and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. Located very close to a big church and square and easy access to the quaint streets of old Queretaro. The front desk person was super helpful, friendly, spoke English and helped us with arranging taxi service at 4:45am to get us to the airport! Be prepared that there are no windows in the rooms, just a french door with glass opening into the courtyard. The attached restaurant and bakery looked really nice and we would have liked to have been able to partake of the included breakfast but unfortunately our flight was too early; instead, our host prepared sandwiches for us to take with us, which was very thoughtful. Be sure to check out the view of the amazing aquaduct from the overlook a few blocks east of the big church.

No hay secadora en el cuarto. El restaurante establecido en el área de recepción se ve muy lindo.

SSophita23The environment is good and the location is okay if you have a car. The hotel is a little outdated but the bedrooms are still okay and comfortable. We stayed for a week. Nothing much to complain. Service is good. The only negative thing is that we could hear the noise coming from the hallway and even from other bedrooms.

AAhgusClean, a bit warm during day but that is local weather. You need to take a taxi to the airport in the early morning can cost 350 mxn.
Not much to do nearby, this is a motel foremost but it is quiet if you get a room further from road.

GGästanvändareチェックインは3時からであったが、私たちは11時に到着したので、荷物を預かってもらうつもりで、フロントに声を掛けたら、なんと、部屋が空いているので、今からでもよいと言っていただけたので、大変助かったし、少し部屋でくつろいでから、市内観光に徒歩で出かけることができた。臨機応変の対応に感謝します。
立地はバス停の前であるし、ケレタロの主要な見学地の近くであるので、大変便利です。
残念だったのは、シャワーの温度が十分上がらなかったことと、トイレにいくと、灯がつき、換気扇が割と大きな音で回るので、夜中にトイレに行ったら、同伴者を起こしてしまったことが、残念でした。私たちが利用した部屋だけの問題なのかもしれません。部屋は十分すぎるぐらいひろかったです。
朝食はビッフェで、いろいろな料理がありました。*料理を注文してつくってもらいましたが、オムレツがおいしくて、自分は2皿もいただいてしまいました。ウエイトレスさんたちがキビキビ動いて、気持ちよかったので、チップを50ペソ置いてきました。
