It was a perfect stay for families and dogs. Safe environment, free parking and breakfast was great.

Ok so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience. Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert. Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in casino hotels. I guess that was a plus. From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout). The Casino itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the casino side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy. In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

Everything was very nice in Atlantic City. My girlfriend and I had a great time. The hotel was clean. There was lots to do with the casino and very good dining would highly recommend.

It was the clean, quiet and easy to get to after a late evening flight place I needed so I’m more than happy I chose it. However in Europe or the Middle East Holiday Inn hotels just looked better than and feel better - that’s why I don’t give it 5*.

Needed to go to Prudential Center for a concert and decided that it is within walking distance. Check in was terrible. The front lady forgot about me after telling me to wait for 10 mins for my room. I requested for a room near the elevator as I hate walking down a long corridor, BUT she gave me the furthest room, next to the Exit stairs. Sigh….. Bed was comfortable. Rest of the room was ok but hot water took too long to heat up and the water pressure was pathetic. Elevator was slow and we had to wait a long time for the 2 elevators. Then in the evening one elevator broke down. The wait was excruciating long! At 1.30 am I got woken up by bratty kids stomping on my Neighbour’s door. And the nightmare began when the Neighbour from Hell decided to have a party in their room. I called the reception 3 times and they promised that they would send a security guard to ask them to quieten down. But the moment I hang up, I could hear their phone ring! No one came up and the noise continued. After the third call, someone finally came up and the party finally went away. I had to tolerate 3 hours of noise. The day before I was told that the airport shuttle would leave on the hour, every hour. So I came down at 7.45 am only to be told that it is half past every hour. So I had to wait for 45 mins in the lobby. At the lobby there were stragglers sleeping in the lobby. Overall I won’t come back to this hotel.

Not sure if it was ****** because I was an Asian, but I was told to wait an hour to check in while there were two other groups of people that came in and immediately got checked in. Went to ask another lady at the counter and she seemed shocked that I was told to wait an hour by her colleague. Also, was given a room next to the lift and was pretty noisy. Other than that, room was good.

Overall is good, room is quiet big, reception ladies are super nice and helpful! The breakfast sets are boring, but a Sir in the restaurant is super nice. Will stay again in there!

There was no remote to the Tv I called room service I asked for a remote remote control I received the remote control about a half hour later And the remote control didn’t work I immediately called the from desk for a bout an hour and there was no answer

The Hampton Inn Newark Airport is a conveniently located hotel just 10 minutes from the airport. The complimentary breakfast was great, and the room was a good size. However, I found my legs and feet itchy after sleeping in the bed, so I would recommend that the housekeeping staff focus on cleaning the bedding more thoroughly. The check-in process was a little cumbersome because I didn't have an international debit or credit card, but the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to people who are looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay near the airport. Here are some specific things that could be improved: The bedding could be cleaned more thoroughly to remove any allergens that may be causing the itching. The check-in process could be streamlined for guests who do not have an international debit or credit card. For example, the hotel could create a process where cash can be accepted for incidentals without having to wait to get approval from the manager. Overall, I had a positive experience at the Hampton Inn Newark Airport. I would recommend it to people who are looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay near the airport.
