I few issues with the room…the safe was just the back part as the entire front part not on the wall, the toilet you had to flush 3 times before it would flush, the tub had no drain plug stopper, turned the tv on and it wouldn’t shut off and tried plugging my phone charger into the wall and it fell back out of the plug onto the floor. I just dealt with everything and didn’t say anything to the hotel.

The hotel was great for our little family hop. We visited Muskingham college and this spot was conveniently close to the school. The lady at the front desk was very accomodating and friendly. Our room was clean and tidy and the heater worked well, the water got hot and the bed linens were fresh. Thats pretty much all you need to sleep for a night. Thanks!!

The room was very clean as well as the public areas that we hung out at. I was really impressed with the breakfast. So many choices. Cereal, yogurts, chessey eggs, bacon, pancakes, bagels and more. The staff were really nice too. I'll definitely stay there my next visit to Cincy which will probably be next month.

The service at the hotel was excellent and I loved it. Very nice people and very helpful. I also loved how spacious the room is and how it is set up. I love that you guys have a pool and my fiance and I will be coming back with our kids next time so they can enjoy the pool like we did when we stayed there.

GGästanvändareOur stay at The Lodge was nice. There were a few little things that I questioned, but that honestly is normal & did not really effect our stay. Everything in the lodge was clean & I do not know what wonderful smell they are pumping through the building... but walking into the lobby was wonderful! The decor was nicely decked out in holiday cheer! The Christmas Trees were beautiful too. We booked a King Suite, as the pic on Trip.com showed a jacuzzi tub in the suite. This is not the case. In fact, The staff at the front desk said they have not had jacuzzi tubs in the rooms for over 8 years. That was a disappointment... And King suites do not have a balcony, but Queen suites do have a balcony with sliding doors! They front desk did not offer to help with that misunderstanding, as offering a ”Fireplace room” (they said the jacuzzi rooms now had fireplaces after the removal of said tubs??... but no fireplace in my suite) or offering anything else... probably because I booked thru a third party(trip.com). It was definitely a spacious room, but a little overly ”roomy” with just a king bed, 2 nightstands,the entertainment/dresser, completely with a fridge in the cabinet, a very small ”dining table”, a glass coffee table & a pull out couch. The thermostat was set at a scorching 75 degrees, which I immediately turned down. At first, I figured it was just a fluke, but the power did go out one evening & sure enough, when the power was restored the thermostat reset to 75 again! We dined at the bar on a few occasions, which was nice & staffed ok, not the latest hours for a bar. The food is good & of course a little pricey. I'm sure there is a lot more to do during the nicer seasons... the answer for everything it seemed was ”it is the off season”. Overall, it was a nice place to stay in wine country & probably will return next year.

Although the parking was not right on the property it was in a covered parking lot within a short walk to the hotel and the cost was included in our stay ! The front lobby looked rather new and was clean and shiny. Front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hotel room was very clean and accommodating for 2 of us and came with the amenities you would generally expect. We had a king bed and it was comfortable, although the pillows were rather soft and despite both of us having 2 pillows each we could have used 1 or 2 more to be more comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was well done with a good variety of choices for us as we eat a carnivore diet. The coffee was a good as you would get at Starbucks. I don't know her name but the staff member who kept the buffet full was definitely one of the hardest working individuals I have seen. She was friendly, accommodating and exceptional and the hotel should award her appropriately. The only negative to our stay was that on the 2nd day of being there we returned later in the day after sightseeing and our room had not been serviced by housekeeping. I called the front desk and the staff person who had checked us in informed me that they had forgotten to tell us that housekeeping is only every other day. Staff member did provide us with additional towels however it would have been nice to have the bed turned down and used towels taken away.
