Hotell med 2-stjärniga i Hunan, Kina

Mycket bra hotell/pensionat. Mycket genuina och varma värdar. Hjälpte mig med planeringen och svarade på alla mina frågor angående min tid i Zhangjiajie. Läget är bara några minuters promenad till Tianmenberget. Det finns en busstation cirka 5-10 minuters promenad som tar dig direkt till Zhangjiajie nationalpark för 13 rmb. Otaliga matalternativ och närbutiker precis intill. Bra och stabilt wifi. Varmt vatten var fint och stabilt och hade inga problem ens med långa duschar. Jag sov gott och hade 0 problem med ljudisoleringen på natten. Den enda nackdelen kan vara att det är en 5-våningsbyggnad utan hiss; den genuina kärleken och energin från värden tillsammans med alla andra proffs kompenserar mer än väl för det. Helt fantastiskt värde för pengarna och kommer att bo här igen nästa gång jag är i stan.

Hotellpersonalen var mycket artig och hjälpsam, hjälpte mig att hitta hotellet och erbjöd utflykter. Hotellet i sig lämnade dock mycket övrigt att önska. Det var extremt smutsigt. Jag är inte kräsen när det gäller bekvämligheter, men allt var smutsigt – badrummet, toaletten, allt var täckt av hår och fläckar. Rummet luktade hemskt, och jag kunde inte bli av med det. Det var kallt och fuktigt. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade inte; den blåste kall luft när den värmdes upp. Och det värsta var att det inte fanns något varmvatten. Efter att ha väntat i 15 minuter började vattnet rinna kallt, inte ens varmt. Jag blev sjuk efter två nätter där. Jag kommer inte att återvända och tyvärr kan jag inte rekommendera det.

Rummet jag bokade var mycket bekvämt och kändes som hemma. Receptionisten var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam. Renligheten och prydligheten var enastående. Läget är perfekt för att ta sig överallt, inklusive flygplatsen och Tianmen Mountain Park.

This is the second time i come here to this hotel , and it won’t be the last time, there may be other hotels with similar or better views, but the service of the girl in the reception is the reason why i will always choose the Siman luxury hotel, she is so friendly so helpful so kind so serviable so professional , makes me feel home , i live in changsha i don’t need a hotel to stay the night, but whenever i need to feel home i come to this hotel thanks to her she is one of the best receptionists that all the hotels need , that girl deserves the best , and i love this hotel as long as she’s here , but the hotel it’s self is beautiful calm and comfortable clean and everything is in the order as well ❤️

A beautiful, clean, and modern room with a breathtaking view, where part of the waterfall can be seen from the balcony. After returning from our evening walk around the village, we had to wait a little while for the room to become warm enough to sleep. We stayed in January, so the AC likely needed some time to reach a comfortable temperature. An additional heater for winter nights would be a nice touch, though it was not a major issue. The owner was very friendly and gave us helpful directions on how to explore the village.

有停車場，燈光弱有點暗，很多柱子，進出要小心點。出門跟前台説一下，他們給抬桿，很安全。 門臉外觀有點老，房間顏色搭配也是老式的，但是衞生間明顯是近期重裝過，潔具都比較新，空調床品也都不錯，整體感覺矛盾的又老又新😂 住兩天，服務員整理了房間，換了浴巾毛巾。去岳陽樓五分鐘車程，空調沒開就到了。 唯一問題是和旁邊樓挨太近，窗外是倆樓間隙，採光通風都受影響，空調聲音悶在裏面沒法擴散，晚上有點吵。

Exterior don't look Impressive but the interior is great comparable to a good hotel. Value for money . Boss is very friendly and helpful give free ride to train station.

the hotel staff are approachable and helpful. i asked for a room change to match the description of the room i booked and it was promptly done. the room is cozy just that the mattress is a bit hard. the hotel has washing machines and you can dry your clothes on the roof or in the room. the hotel location is very near the changsha high speed rail station. it is well connected to popular attractions via metro and public buses. there are many eateries around especially near the changsha station. i deposited one of my luggage at the hotel while i visit a nearby attraction.

Liu Yan she is very helpful owner. Very fast response on the message via trip.com, hotel very good area and she help us booked taxi, teach how to use wechat,assist to have the meal. I very highly recommend to have meal at his brother restaurant which almost fews steps from her hotel. Room very nice and clean.I would recommend peoples to stay this hotel you won't disappoint.
