次入住徹底刷新了我對酒店服務的認知！從踏入大堂的瞬間，前台小姐姐就帶着春風般的笑容迎上來，辦理入住時主動詢問是否需要安靜房，還貼心地遞上熱毛巾和歡迎水果。房間佈置得像家一樣温馨，床品軟乎乎的，連枕頭都有不同高度可以選擇。 最讓我感動的是第二天早上，我不小心睡過了早餐時間，正懊惱時，服務員敲門送來一份打包好的早餐，説“看您昨天睡得晚，特意給您留的”。退房時，行李員幫忙把行李送到停車場，還提醒我注意返程安全。 細節之處見真心，這樣的服務真的讓人捨不得離開，下次來一定還選這裏！ 【簡潔專業風】 本次入住體驗極佳，必須給酒店服務點個贊！ 辦理效率：前台接待響應迅速，5分鐘內完成入住/退房手續，全程禮貌周到。 房間品質：房間乾淨整潔無異味，設施齊全（保險箱、加濕器、智能馬桶等），床品和洗漱用品品質上乘。 細節服務：每天補充免費礦泉水和小零食，還主動詢問是否需要更換浴巾；夜間服務時會貼心拉上窗簾、放好拖鞋。 特殊需求：因帶長者出行，提前聯繫酒店安排了低樓層房間，到達時已提前準備好防滑

Hip Hope Hotel i Banda Aceh var ett bra val för min vistelse.Personalen var vänlig och tjänsten var uppmärksam.Rummen var bekväma och rena, vilket ger en trevlig miljö att slappna av. Även om det inte nödvändigtvis stod som exceptionellt, tillhandahöll hotellet allt jag behövde för en bekväm vistelse i Banda Aceh.Generellt hade jag en positiv erfarenhet på Hip Hope Hotel.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very well appointed and so comfortable - great luxury after 10 days in the jungle and a week on Pulau Weh. Easy central location too. A great option in lovely Banda Aceh

Had such a lovely stay at Hotel Hilani! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel super welcome — big smiles, quick check-in, and they were always ready to help. One of the staff even greeted me by my name, which honestly gave such a nice vibe ✨ The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed to just relax. I really loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was — perfect after a long day. Service stayed great the whole time, and you can tell the team really cares about guests. Overall it was such a smooth, stress-free stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

It's a really nice resort. The resort located near City Centre. They also have best view of all resort located at Sumur Tiga. Staffs are also friendly and helpful. 😊 Need to give the raise for the receptionist. They really done a great job to serve all guests. Note: (Get the Seaview Bungalow or Beachfront Bungalow) If you want to get the best view, you should sacrifice a room without aircond. But if you really want to have aircond room, you should sacrifice that best view.

Upon checking in I  was politely informed that my booking was not registered though I have shown them my booking which was fully paid to Trip.com , in the app and from my emails. Too tired to argue, I just paid for my stay at the counter and got to our room for the night . I then start calling trip the very nx morning complaining about my predicament. I am satisfied with their swift action and had things sorted out . Got my money back , the very next day of  our stay. Happy with trip.com and the hotel .❤️ We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel , their service was commendable.
