Hotell med 2-stjärniga i Quintana Roo, Mexiko

The hostel was good. Location was good too just opposite to the ADO bus station. The only problem was that the common area is open for limited hours. So if you are a digital nomad and need to attend meeting.. Then it is a problem. However, all the receptionists were good and friendly :)

The location is amazing. The service was very nice and attentive. Very clean. It definitely gets loud at night, Monday night it was done by 12, but Tuesday 2am. I’d assume weekends are late night as well. The pool was refreshing. It’s not a luxuary hotel by any means, but as long as you aren’t expecting that, you will be very pleased. The AC plus Fan gets COLD. The bed is firm. Bring your own soaps. Overall I really enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again!

This was a very comfortable stay! I was very silly and went to Mexico knowing I didn’t speak Spanish. But the people of Mexico are incredibly kind and helpful. The lady at the front desk used translate to help me understand. The people working here are very kind. The room is quite spacious and the WiFi is good. The location is pretty decent; 20 min walk to downtown Cancun and market places; coffee shops etc Not too bad. I would return with my partner The room itself was very good; a HUGE bed and maybe a sofa bed too? The bathroom was nice too! I like this hotel it was very good

Плюсы: удобно расположен 1 км от остановки АДО, 1 км от коллективо на Четумаль, 1 км от смотровой площадки.Номер чистый,кровать нормальная.На ресепшен есть питьевая вода. Минусы:Нет горячей воды,та что течет,комнатной температуры.Номер убитый,в ванне плесень.Чайника нет нигде.

Hotel simples Mas bem localizado Vale a pena

L’hôtel est globalement agréable, avec une propreté irréprochable et un personnel d’entretien particulièrement gentil et attentionné. Le rooftop avec les piscines est vraiment superbe, c’est clairement le point fort de l’établissement. En revanche, la chambre que nous avions au rez-de-chaussée était un peu décevante : très peu lumineuse, sans accès à une terrasse ouverte, ce qui gâche un peu l’expérience. Il faut absolument demander une chambre dans les étages supérieurs pour pouvoir profiter de la vue. L’emplacement est pratique, assez proche du centre.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay. The check in process was quick within 5-10 mins and we were given the quiet room type as requested when we booked which is great. Room is big and clean with amazing ocean view and come with your own private balcony and hammock. Shower water pressure and temperature were on point too. We were worried about the Wi-Fi due to the numerous complaints seen online but surprisingly it was great throughout our stay at the highest floor! Fresh drinking water located the lobby with hot drinks making facility and they also provide microwave which is a bonus. Location is very strategic as well, just get off the ferry pier then walk straight up the road and within 2 mins you will find Rocamar. Supermarket (Super Aki) is nearby too, within 1-2 mins walk only. So as the restaurants, laundry services and souvenir shops which were less than 5 mins walk. We would highly recommend this hotel. Con: They can improve on washing the towels, though cleaned but still stained.

Me gustó mucho! Limpio, nuevo, cuidado, con buena atención y excelente habitación. Un poco alejado del centro, pero no mucho. Repetiría sin dudarlo

Place is decent but location is bad staff friendly

Мне было очень комфортно в отеле, я останавливалась на 5 дней. Огромную помощь при заселении оказала Фернанда, очень профессиональная и дружелюбная девушка, делает все для гостей. Вообще, все сотрудники ресепшн очень любезны, спасибо им! В номере есть все, кровью удобная, кондиционер работает отлично. Нужно иметь ввиду, что отель 2 звезды, в номера нет холодильника и цена и это нормально. Расположен так, что вы легко дойдеье до торгового центра в городе и до пляжей в Zona Hotelera. Автобусная остановка расположена далеко, однако если вы остановитесь на светофоре прямо около выхода из отеля, автобус обязательно заберёт вас. До пляжа ехать 7-15 минут. Надо знать, что одна из сторон здания отеля выходит на дорогу, где людям с чувствительным слухом, может быть шумно. Однако этот вопрос всегда можно решить с ресепшн, вторая сторона отеля очень тихая. Преимущество городского отеля - в 200 метрах от отеля по направлению к торговому центру есть домашнее кафе, где до 16-30 вы можете очень вкусно поесть суп и основное блюдо за 150-190 песо😍
