Местоположение отличное. Чисто. Предоставляют место на стоянке. Мини кафешка, где можно выпить кофе. Очень внимательный персонал. Номер маленький и скромный. Но чисто. Фен был. Утюг принесли. Из минусов, нет холодильника в номере и нет лифта.

チェックインの受付時間が15-18時と短い設定だったのですが、前日にチェックインが22時くらいになると言いに行ったら大丈夫だよと言ってもらえて一安心でした！ シャワーもとても暖かくて、エアコンも快適。 お部屋は毎日綺麗にお掃除してくれます。 バスタオルが毎日かわいくデコレーションしてあって、うれしかったです！ 立地が良いので休憩しに一旦帰ったりしても気にならない距離なのでよかったです！ 受付のセニョーラがいつも優しくて大好きです

What a great little capsul hostel. It’s a little way from the main areas in Merida, but only a 10-15 min walk, so fine overall. The place it spotlessly clean. You get towel and bedding. The doors in the capsule lock which is great for a sense of security and they are very private. The aircon can be a bit aggressive so ask for a blanket which they have. I don’t have the waffles in the end, but I smashed the free coffee and tea ! Staff were soo very welcoming and kind to me. I would highly recommend this accommodation either for a short or long stay. Get it booked !

Esta muy a gusto el alojamiento, los dormitorios tienen bastante privacidad, las áreas comunes están muy bien cuidadas y son bastante bonitas. La limpieza en general es muy buena y se respetan las horas de silencio para que todos puedan descansar.

Perfect location. Close to main square where most of the agencies are doing pick up in the morning for Chichen Itza, Los Coloradas and other excursions. There's an OXXO right across the street. Everything is available on foot. The room was very clean and cleaned daily. Great water pressure in the shower and big bathroom. The only downside, if that matters to you, is that you can hear everything from the street. But it quiets down around 11PM. As the big plus side, the staff was fantastic and helpful! Would definitely book again.

Personnel très accueillant Il y a un petit coin pour se faire à manger. Je ne met pas 5/5 car déçu très bruyant les chambres sont petites. Dans les chambres comme les douches et comme dans les WC il y a des moustiquaires en haut (je pense que c’est pour remplacer les fenêtres) on entends tout Du film ou série du voisin les portes qui claques …

AAnonym användareOne of my favorite accommodations in Mexico. The resort was beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly. After reading reviews of how tricky it was to find the resort we were nervous, but all we did was message the resort on whatsapp and they sent very clear instructions how to get there. You'd have to come in from Valladolid but that was a nice detour to see the city! I have stayed at big name resorts that were equally as nice that were charging triple the price, this place is an underrated gem and not crowded (we were the only two people on the resort, we felt like royalty). We will be back. As two history nerds we enjoyed that the grounds had their own mayan ruins and 3 cenotes to explore.

Absolutely amazing ********* breakfast - great change from tacos, owners kindly gave us a take-away breakfast when we left early for Chichen Itza too which was incredibly kind! Basic room but very reasonable and had everything we needed with plenty of hanging space!

GGeorge CyprusGood value for money, hotel is a hostel but has private rooms upstairs which is what we booked. Plenty of space in the room but the beds seemed relatively small for a couple. The shower was a little bit dirty with dirt floating while showering so we had to wear flip flops while showering. Location is walkable and quiet to the centre, never felt unsafe in the two day booking we had.

Everything was clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The only small downside is that the pool is quite small, but overall it was still a great stay and we would happily return.

AAnonym användareGood hotel in the city center, walking distance of main square. Rooms was nice and confortable after a long day outside in the heat. Enjoyable pool as well. The staff is very welcoming and available for helping with all requests. Very good breakfast. No problem to park our car in the corner street.
