Hotell med 5-stjärniga i Region Hovedstaden, Danmark

Vi hade en fantastisk upplevelse på detta hotell, och dess läge är verkligen dess största tillgång. Det har ett absolut utmärkt läge, mitt emellan den pittoreska Nyhavn-kanalen och det magnifika Amalienborgs slottsplats. Att kunna gå ut från hotellet och vara mitt i ett sådant ikoniskt landskap inom några minuter var en enorm fördel. Det gjorde det otroligt enkelt och trevligt att utforska staden till fots. Utöver det fantastiska läget var vårt rum också ett nöje. Det var mycket välskött och omsorgsfullt omhändertaget, vilket skapade en mycket välkomnande och bekväm atmosfär.

Excellent Location, but Room for Improvement in Services The hotel’s location is ideal, with direct access to the lake and a beautiful surrounding area. Regarding amenities, while there are several options (sauna, gym, steam bath), the overall experience does not match that of other Marriott hotels I have visited. There were some shortcomings in the room that should not have been present. For instance, the shower gel dispenser was empty upon my arrival, and I had to notify the reception. Items such as toothbrushes, bathrobes, and slippers were not provided in the room but could be collected from the entrance. I would prefer these essentials to be available in the room initially. The breakfast was satisfactory, though not as rich as in other Marriott locations. There was a delay in the process of entering the restaurant, with only one staff member handling guest seating. This occasionally led to wait times of up to 10 minutes during peak hours (notably on 4 out of the 8 days of my stay). However, the staff was impeccable—extremely polite, professional, and always willing to assist. If some improvements are made in amenities and organization, the hotel could offer a more complete and enjoyable stay.

Pretty good location, near the metro and there’s a bus stop in front of the hotel. There was a 24/h gym and water given everyday. Was a little disappointed in the room was cleaned as there was a day I had to request for clean towels cause they didn’t replace the soiled ones but the app didn’t work so we had to call for the towels. We had 2 people staying but they only gave us 1 set of toothbrush for the entire duration of the stay. TV channels were lacking and the rooftop bar closes by mid Oct.

Wonderful experience at villa copenhagen. The check-in took a little too long because we booked 1 large bed but they put me to twin room. The lady receptionist tried to solved it best as she could. We stayed here 2 nights. The rooftop pool experience is a must for the visit. The room interior is fully and classy decorated with high quality materials. Bed was nice. I recommended this hotel if you transit by train. The location is right by the train platform, back exit. The lobby bar vibe was cozy and lively.

Отель в центре, все в пешей доступности, хотя фасад здания ремонтируют, нам ремонт не мешал совсем. Завтраки на троечку, в номере не очень чисто было, волосы на столе, пятна. Отель обыкновенный, даже ничем особо не запомнился. Единственное, что запомнилось и заслуживает благодарности это превосходные сотрудники на ресепшен, очень доброжелательные и милые, причем все, без исключения.

Lovely boutique hotel with elegant style and excellent service. Park Lane Copenhagen is set in a historic, beautifully restored building in the peaceful Hellerup area, offering spacious, modern rooms with chic Scandinavian design and great attention to detail. Guests praise the friendly, helpful staff and the calm, comfortable atmosphere. The location is slightly outside central Copenhagen, but it makes a perfect base for relaxing stays and exploring the city by bike or short ride. The on-site dining and bar add a nice touch to the overall experience

Rummet var mycket ljust och rent, med en beige färgskala, vilket gav en bekväm och varm känsla. Personalen i receptionen och de anställda var mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma. Den långe, stilige unge mannen i receptionen var mycket omtänksam. Ett särskilt tack till den vackra kvinnliga receptionschefen i svart kostym som tog hand om den äldre personen under utcheckningen. Vi är tacksamma och tacksamma. Denna upplevelse gav oss underbara intryck av Köpenhamn och till och med Danmark, och dess invånares värme. Att resa med de äldre under denna resa gav oss många vänliga handlingar och skapade underbara minnen. Även mitt i tidens gång minns vi ofta deras leende ansikten och uppriktighet. Även när vi mötte illvillig eller diskriminerande behandling, var det för att vi kom ihåg att det fortfarande finns många vänliga människor i världen. Må goda människor leva ett långt och fridfullt liv, omgivna av vänlighet.

Die Lage und der Service sind super. Alles ist in Laufdistanz oder mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Auch der Weg vom Flughafen mit der Metro zum Hotel könnte nicht angenehmer sein. Der Rezeptionist Mads hat uns die besten Restauranttipps gegeben!! Das Frühstück war auch sehr reichhaltig und nie langweilig. Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt in Kopenhagen.

Det är ett väldigt distinkt hotell, med snygg nordisk design rakt igenom. Det bästa är poolen, som jag tror är huvudattraktionen för många. Takrestaurangen är också bekväm, ett bra ställe för en drink eller kaffe, även om matutbudet är ganska begränsat. Receptionspersonalen på nedervåningen är ganska intetsägande, i princip som ett litet pensionat – inte entusiastisk, inte proaktiv, och de hjälper inte till med bagage. Det är inte dåligt, bara medelmåttigt.

不愧是頂級設計師酒店 地理位置沒得説 超級方便 迷你吧裏面的零食和飲料都是贈送的，酒店早餐可以去5樓露台付費享用，服務太好了！在哥本哈根的最後一晚上 享受到了！
