Hotell med 5-stjärniga i Azorerna, Portugal

A great resort on the North Coast of Azores. The trail along the coast from the hotel is very nice. There are a few restaurants around and the hotel has good breakfast and a restaurant on site opening for lunch and dinner. Good for family, the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They can help you book tours and call taxis.

Hotel Top 10 ,parfait en tout,de l’emplacement en passant par les commodités jusqu’à à l’accueil. Que dire de l’accueil sinon qu’il était excellent,le personnel sont d’une simplicité et sympathie rarement vu à laquelle je joint leur compétence à tous les niveaux (de l’accueil à la femme de chambre,et surtout je n’oublie la restam qui a été un vrai moment de bonheur,continuez comme ça vous êtes top top top) Merci pour tout  10/10

Отличный отель с великолепными кроватями и постельным бельём. Бассейн морально устарел , и в нем очевидно не хватает хотя бы сауны , а лучше и хамама тоже. Завтрак хороший.

Loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Very clean and wonderful food, especially the breakfast. The dinner menu was also very good but could use a little more variety

A truly wonderful hotel. With only 9 rooms, the staff focuses on making every guest experience exceptional. The location is great, central enough to explore the Island and come back too every day. While the view from, and upon exiting, your room will take your breath away every single time. All of the accommodations are top notch, the bed was supremely comfortable and even the linens and towels had a plush feeling. Breakfast options can be slightly redundant but the quality and freshness of the ingredients, along homemade jam and juice, as well as a flexibility to switch things up on the menu, more than make up for it. We the hotel restaurant is excellent for dinner as well. So much so that we ended up defaulting to it more than once during our stay. We also appreciated small details like the phone they provided upon check-in that followed us everywhere on the island for spur of the moment suggestions and reservations through the hotel! All in all, highly recommended, my wife and I know we’ll be back!

Utmärkt läge, utvecklingen har alla förutsättningar att bli bäst på ön, men den verkar vara i stark resursbegränsning. Renligheten i rummen är inte bra, det är tydligt att de gör ytlig städning, rummet är rymligt, men minibaren har ingenting, hygienprodukter verkar vara blandade med vatten för att det ska hålla, frukostarna är mycket dåliga, få alternativ, lite skötsel, dålig kvalitet, lite mat. Poolen har kallt vatten och jacuzzin är inte inbjudande... ett 5-stjärnigt hotell som inte borde ha fler än 3 för de tjänster som tillhandahålls, beklagligt!

Perfect service from start to finish.  Excellent, super yummy cuisine.
