Fantastic hotel with friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy and excellent location. This hotel added to our experience in Toronto and we will definitely stay here again when we return. Great amenities. The hotel room was excellent t with great furniture and a very comfortable bed. View from our room was outstanding.

Room is spaciously and location is convenient. Gas station is just a few steps away with Tim Horton where one can get coffee and bkft

Fantastic stay! The hotel has a wonderful environment, and the surroundings made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. Combined with friendly staff and great service, it was an absolutely memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Det finns inget ljus på att stänga det första rummet de ger mig, innan jag gick ner till frontdesk, jag frågade hushållsdamen och hon sa att jag skulle prata med frontdeskrummet efter 21, det finns inget stängningsljus, rummet inne var mycket mörkt, Jag gick ner till frontdesk och bytte ett rum och sen gav hon mig rum 25, sa jag till hushållsdamen sa inget ljus efter 21 och sedan bad hon mig gå upp och kolla först, efter jag kolla och gå ner sa ingen natt, Hon gav mig ett annat rum #49, jag sa till henne igen inga ljus efter rum #21, hon gav mig fortfarande rum #49, jag sa till henne att ringa hushållsavdelningen för att kolla, men hon bad mig gå och kolla själv, Jag hörde aldrig ett 4-stjärnigt hotell be om att kolla rum för frontdesk, hon vill inte byta ett annat rum för mig innan jag kolla rum 49.Sen går jag upp och kollar sen ner igen.Hon sa att det inte finns fler rum tillgängliga. Jag sa till henne att jag vill prata med hennes övervakare, hennes övervakare kommer ut och slutligen ge mig rum #11 med ett cellulärt ljus.Totalt använder jag en timme för att checka in.Det är vad för slags hotell det är.

Our stay at the hotel was highly enjoyable, primarily due to its exceptional location. The hotel is conveniently situated near both Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls, offering stunning views of the latter. Additionally, its proximity to the Casino and a shopping mall further enhances its appeal. We found the Italian restaurant's cuisine to be excellent, and the staff, both in the restaurant and throughout the hotel, were consistently helpful and friendly.

Great location! Very nice Fallsview from the river site room. Very comfortable beds and nice, thick towels. The only complaint I have about the parking, which quite far away from the hotel and very expensive (about $54 with the taxes). I would suggest to unload the luggage and drive the underground public parking, which is the same distance as Marriott'S parking but, costs $20 cheaper.

The location is good, walking distance to the market and restaurants. Wishing they didn’t start the roof construction early in the morning😞

We decided to do a quick staycation with our 3 year old twins and this place was perfect! Big pool, spacious rooms with balconies and great Starbucks coffee served downstairs in the hotel store in the morning along with croissants, cinnamon buns, oatmeal, etc. All for extra cost but great to have that available!

Loved my stay Heater & MayQueen are and were amazing customer service, communication and more two amazing women who helped add to the stay I had planned for my mothers birthday. We loved our stay the view of the Falls were amazingly beautiful. At check in I was given discounts to help enhance our trip or give us extra things to do. The view from the restaurant on site was ok and having a wider range of options to choose from would have been nice but food was good. Overall great stay!
