Location is strategic at Jalan Padjajaran Indah V which has plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and lounges along the road. You will never have to travel far to get your coffee (Point Coffee, Starbucks and Tanmu), the famous Ibu Rahayu Soto, Japanese food (Sushi Matsu and Yujo) and evening drinks at the lounges nearby (Barcelona, Bulan Madu Brew, etc). Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Room was large, clean, air conditioning good, water pressure strong and bed was comfortable. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym. Breakfast was good with all local and Western food. Will repeat my stay if I am in Bogor.

Nice experience to have staycation during lebaean holiday. The facilities are well maintained, all the facilities and programs are dedicated for good quality guest experience. The breakfast is delicious and may variety. The room is comfortable. The pool is also great especially the long one.

One of the best hotels in Cirebon with excellent facilities. They have a swimming pool, kids playground area, and fitness area. They also have cafe and bar and lounge area with life music performance. The room is really spacy especially the king bed. Thank you for providing such a wonderful services making a good memory for my family.

This was my third time staying at this hotel. It's good to stay in the executive room. Unfortunately, it's hard to say that it's great for the price. The facilities and services are poor for a four-star hotel. But there's no better place to stay than here in cirebon. Breakfast is a local meal. It is not enough for foreigners to eat. There is a swimming pool, but I cannot swim because I cannot wear a swimsuit because it is an Islamic country. So there are no people in the large swimming pool. The staff always smiles and feels kind.

Personalen var mycket vänlig.Straight gav en tidig incheckning medan vi gick omkring kl. 1:00 eftersom det fanns ett tillgängligt rum.Välkommen till det eftersom vi var för trötta då. Damen på fronten hälsade på oss med leende och erbjöd oss med Hi-Tea vid 3:00, tro att det var juldag.Personalen vid ingången hälsade på leende och hjälpte oss på våra bagage.Kommer definitivt tillbaka. Att stanna en natt kan därför inte använda faciliteterna.Till alla anställda håller den uppe.

SSyarifah MasturahIt was a very good experience staying at the hotel. The staff did accommodate to my request for my husband's birthday surprise. The facilities for kids is just great for the price that we booked. There are varieties of choices for the breakfast spread. The location is near to Ciwalk Malll. The only downside that we faced was the the toilet flushing system. It's not working properly. And also when the 2nd day they make up our room, the housekeeping did not top up the body wash and on the 3rd day just happen i approach one of the housekeeping lady for assistance to top up the shower gel and she said ok but till now we checked out, no one came to top it up. But overall its a good experience with friendly service staffs.

Additionally, the provision of only two 600 ml water bottles for two persons (I was alone) is insufficient. While these minor inconveniences may not be significant, they are not expected in an IHG hotel. The breakfast was satisfactory, offering a variety of choices. However, I observed some overcrowding and mismanagement due to the high volume of guests. As my stay was only a day, I cannot ascertain if this is a general trend during breakfast. Overall, I was pleased with my stay and intend to return in the future.
