整體入住體驗非常好。停車場有，而且是免費的。房間寬敞，床墊比較軟，衞生打掃的很乾凈。早餐種類還算可以吧。前台辦事很高效。離主要景區也不算太遠，開車十分鐘。

Ottimo hotel in particolare per chi è di passaggio per la Sicilia ed ha necessità di una pausa/riposo. Sono anni che vengo qui ma devo dire che ultimamente sta calando nella pulizia e la manutenzione delle camere: Bagno sporco, porte tutte macchiate, doccia con pezzi che stanno per staccarsi, ultimamente sono rimasto con la maniglia dell'ingresso in mano. Sciocchezze che potrebbero/dovrebbero essere sistemate per un 4stelle. Il personale devo dire gentile anche se alla reception c'è una ragazza con i capelli ricci, non so il nome, un po' scorbutica con i clienti. Anche la colazione è calata il salato è scarso e alla richiesta di uova mi hanno risposto che non c'erano inaccettabile per un 4 stelle. Spero sia utile questa segnalazione per avere di nuovo l'hotel che avevo conosciuto 4 anni fa circa. Ristorante perfetto e ben gestito da tutti pizza meravigliosa. Grazie

Hotellet är också bra, hotellet är stort, som en semesterby, parkering är mycket bekvämt, plats på vägkanten, det finns en bil som lätt kan hitta plats.Hotellet har uppgraderat rumstyp gratis, mycket trevligt.

Un hotel con lobby y áreas comunes muy muy bonitas; las habitaciones cómodas, limpias, llamando la atención algunos detalles (como que no funciona el aire acondicionado, un poco ruidoso). En recepción muy amables y atentos a nuestras dudas. Por el tiempo no pudimos usar la alberca ya que el horario de uso es limitado (10 a 19 hrs), se tocaba cálida el agua. Matera queda a 15 minutos en carro, el hotel tiene área de estacionamiento.

The best hotel I have visit for this trip. All staffs are friendly and helpful.
Easiest way to reach hotel is to go to Matera Centrale via ferrovie train from Bari Centrale. Than a bus near the train station will fetch you the doorstep. Very efficient location.

Excellent hotel but way out of town in a lonely industrial area, perfect for those with a car.
Wifi in some rooms is quite disappointing too.
other than that, modern facilities including swimming pool (closed in December obviously), ample car park, large bedrooms, and superb breakfast.

Everything is good about this hotel. Breakfast is the best in my two weeks Italy trip. Just one suggestion: please ask for a shuttle at the parking if you drive to Matera. Otherwise it is hard to walk there with luggage and you will easily lost in similar small roads.

We booked two rooms - the room on 2nd floor is good but the one on ground floor smells a bit of mould. Perhaps because it’s inside a cave. Breakfast choice is limited with fruits, toast with tomatoes, and cakes. You can order boiled or scrambled eggs as this is the only hot food they serve. We are fine with that but more as fyi.

Hotel is a perfect location for exploring Matera on foot. Even during off season there were good dining options and plenty to see.

GGästanvändareLocated in the heart of Matera, which means you can’t get there by car, but the views and the room made up for the challenge of getting to it. Everyone was very professional. The room was large, clean and suited our needs. It felt like we were staying in someone’s mansion.

GGästanvändareIt's a small botique hotel, the front staff is really friendly, they helped to call the taxi, made restaurant for us and kept our luggage before and after our check out and all these done with a 😊. Location is fabulous too, sassi is veey near and good view point!

GGästanvändareNice hotel. But if you have luggage’s it’s a nightmare to go there. The tenant is quite harassing concerning your hour of check in check out and time of breakfast. If you are vacationing be prepared to answer questions and be on schedule which is not very relaxing
