Hotell med 4-stjärniga i Veneto, Italien

The hotel is located in a good area, which makes it convenient to get around, and the staff was responsive whenever we called, which we appreciated. Overall, the stay was comfortable. However, there are a few points that could be improved. Drinking water and cold drinks were chargeable, which was a bit disappointing. For a couple, only two towels were provided—there were no face towels. Additionally, the bed linens were not very clean, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the pillows. On a positive note, the bathroom and bathtub were clean, but the bathtub was quite small and may not be comfortable for someone with a bulky build. With some improvements in cleanliness and basic amenities, the experience could be much better.

Hotellets läge är mycket bra. Den sjunde bilden är från rummet mittemot tågstationen. Det är väldigt bekvämt att åka till huvudön. Rummet är stort med två dubbelsängar. Toaletterna och badrummen är också mycket stora, mycket större än andra hotell i Europa. Men här kommer poängen! Inget varmvatten, ingen kaffemaskin Ingen tandkräm eller tandborste förstår jag Det finns tofflor, tvål och duschmössa (vilken konstig konfiguration) Minibaren har drycker och vin Mineralvatten är 2,5 euro. Priset på 2,2 ml i snabbköpet mittemot är högre än på hotellet. Punkt två! ! Frukosten är inte så illa alls Kanske hade jag små men läckra måltider innan, men att äta den här känns som en stor matsal. Cafeterian är mycket stor och rymmer två stora resegrupper. Giffeln är söt, gurkan är lite syrlig och pannkakan som görs för hand är ganska god. Du kan välja här om du reser bekvämt, annars kan du hoppa över det. äntligen! ! När jag checkade ut debiterades jag 7,8 euro för stadsskatt. Jag informerade Ctrip och det återbetalades till mig🤷♀️

Schemat var förhastat. Vi kom på kvällen och åkte iväg på morgonen, så vi hann inte ta en ordentlig titt på hotellet och staden. Hotellet ligger i stadens centrum. Taxibilar kan komma in, men det finns restriktioner för lokala fordon. Vi blev hämtade av en kompis så bilen kunde inte komma in och vi fick släpa resväskorna hela vägen dit. Men det omgivande området är fortfarande bekvämt och det är inte långt från tågstationen.

Amazing Hotel very clean and the staff are super friendly, they serve a very good breakfast included in the room price, the amenities are good and comfortable. Location is very near to the railway station and bus station only 5 min walking which is perfect to visit Venice and enjoy the charm of the city.

Had a very warm welcome. The hotel is a little dated, but was clean. Super friendly and helpful staff and a very large continental breakfast. There were cute tiny olive oil bottles, which was very appreciated. The coffee is a self-serve machine and there was canteen serve for all manner of hot foods, lots of bakery variety. I really enjoyed my one night stay after missing a flight at Verona airport. The staff helped me plan a really fun day until my flight the next day, they stored my luggage, while I went to see the sights. The most beautiful square in the world, dantes statue, Romeo and Juliets balcony, the castle, the river, the amphitheatre and I was lucky to find a wonderful festive market. A wonderful night and day in Verona. I went to the gusti gardens which absolutely wonderful highlight of my day.

Location was excellent!!!! It’s close to the station. If you have a big suitcase, I highly recommend you to book this hotel. Stuffs were kind. There were some amenities which was nice.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the train station, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The rooms are spotlessly clean and feel very new, with modern furnishings and a fresh, stylish design. The overall atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. The service provided by the staff is truly first-class — they are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you need. You can really feel that they care about their guests’ comfort and satisfaction. Considering the quality of the facilities and the level of service, the price is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Struttura molto accogliente per clientela apparentemente soprattutto business (vista la disponibilità di ampi spazi meeting), ma che la mia famiglia ed io abbiamo utilizzato come base per esplorare gli splendidi dintorni. Tutto eccellente, dalla posizione alla pulizia, dall'accoglienza alla colazione, dal silenzio agli ambienti comuni. Torneremo!

Although there is only a gas station across the hotel. But the location is still excellent. The bus stop to Venice and the airport is right outside the hotel. The bus takes 8 mins into Plazza di Roma. The hotel sells the bus tickets. And there are two buses and the timetable is very regular. We never had to wait more than 10 mins for a bus. So so convenient. The swimming pool also very good, not very busy. Breakfast was ok. Staff were extremely helpful with info, in particularly getting to venice and the airport.

Very nice old palace with classic style interiors.  Location: close to the water bus stop of Ca' d'Oro, 10 minutes walk to Rialto and close to the food area of Cannaregio Service: Amazing staff, always with a smile and willing to help F&B: Breakfast is always the same and with limited choices (this is not meant to be negative for me) but, the quality is top notch. The afternoon tea time in the afternoon is complimentary but unfortunately I have never tried it Rooms: Big rooms (at least mine), big bathroom, very comfortable bed.
