"I am surprised that this hotel a 5-Diamond rating. The hotel entrance and overall condition do not reflect the standards. The fact that earplugs are provided in every room says a lot about the noise issues guests can expect. During check-in, I was also informed that there was no cold air-conditioning and was told to simply open the window if the room became hot. This was shocking, especially during summer. Service standards need improvement as well. I witnessed guests smoking while walking along the corridor, and staff appeared to ignore the situation. Review the CCTV. With so many other hotels located within a five-minute walk."

"When I came to Jiuzhaigou this time, I spotted this guesthouse on the platform right away, and it was exactly as I imagined when I arrived. The decor is very cozy and makes you feel right at home. There's also a small platform on the second floor that's very comfortable to sit on. The rooms are fully smart, the view is fantastic, and I had a very comfortable stay. All the towels and facecloths are disposable, which is very hygienic. It's also very close to the scenic area, and the guesthouse provides shuttle services to and from the park. We left at 10:30 AM and there was a car to take us directly to the park entrance. The driver was excellent, and the front desk staff (guys and girls) were also very welcoming, always greeting us when we came back from outside. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including specialty dishes, BBQ, and convenience stores. It's also quick and easy to get taxis to places like Zhongzhagou. Behind the guesthouse, there's a lovely path along the river with many Tibetan-style restaurants. The yak hotpot we had was incredibly delicious. After eating, we took a leisurely stroll back along the river; it was so pleasant with the cool breeze in the evening. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!"

På buffet fick vi också 2 för 2 rabatter för nästa frukost eftersom vi hade viss osäkerhet om huruvida vi alla kommer att ha frukost. För middagen rekommenderade hon också hotellrestaurangen och vad man beställer, vilket gav oss en medlemsrabatt också.På vägen gav hon oss mycket hjälpsamt uppdateringar och checkade in på oss. Vi är mycket tacksamma för att Anna har gett oss stöd i vår vistelse, vilket gjorde det björn trevligt!☺️ Rummet har också en riktigt trevlig utsikt och är rent, så rekommenderar vi starkt att välja en som har utsikt över bryggan.Frukost har också en bra spridning!"

"I used to be quite fond of Atour, but this stay was truly frustrating. The hotel is brand new, but the king-size room I was assigned was in an annex building, quite a walk from the main building where the restaurant, laundry room, and gym are located. What's more, the ground floor of the annex looked like an unfinished construction site, making it feel like entering an abandoned building when I went in. I booked for two nights. The first night passed without incident, but on the second night, the power went out while I was showering. At first, I thought it was a general blackout, but when I got ready and opened my door, I realized only my room was affected. I called staff about the power outage, and they said it was just a system restart and guaranteed it wouldn't happen again. However, half an hour later, the power went out again, leaving the room completely dark. I called staff once more, and they asked me to pack my bags and switch rooms. Reluctantly, I had to hastily pack up and move. Just when I finally settled in, I heard a loud pattering of rain outside my window. It turns out the corridor connecting the annex to the main building has an aluminum roof, and the sound of raindrops hitting it was incredibly loud, leading to a sleepless night. New hotels really need to make more adjustments. I hope they can improve. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly."
