"Cleanliness, location and service were all top notch! Our only complaints would be directed at the pool and laundry machines. The pool is not open late at night or early morning, which renders it unusable for most transit visitors. The same could be said about the laundry machines since the washing cycles lasted for way over an hour and the dryer over 2 hours for a normal load. That's close to 4 hours total, which is in transit situations almost undoable."

"Vi valde detta hotell på chans, utan att ha kollat upp något i förväg, eftersom vi trodde att det låg nära platsen för flaggceremonin. Det visade sig att läget var fantastiskt! Direkt från flygplatsen kom vi till Qianmen Street, som var otroligt livlig med massor av kreativa butiker – barnen älskade det. Bara tre minuters promenad bort fanns Quanjude, Donglaishun och Fangzhuan Factory Zhajiangmian. Dashilar var också fullt av liv, och tunnelbanan var superbekväm. Receptionen var så hjälpsam och uppgraderade vårt rum, och vi förlängde vår vistelse med en natt eftersom läget var så perfekt. Barnen sa att de vill komma tillbaka hit nästa gång! 😁"

"Det var en blandning av rumstypen som vi bokade via Trip.com vilket ledde till att vi fick det felaktiga rummet vid ankomsten (ganska gammalt och daterat). Efter att ha flyttat till en andra rumstyp som inte heller matchade bilderna på vår bokning, kunde vi flytta till rätt rum den andra dagen av vår vistelse, eftersom tydligen inga rum som matchade vår bokning fanns tillgängliga när vi kom. Det här rummet var trevligt och rymligt, med ett terrasserat område utanför. Frukosten var rimlig, med massor av alternativ. Takterrass var också trevlig och drinkar var ett bra pris. Sängarna var bekväma och läget var bra för Forbidden City och enkel tillgång till resten av staden - nära tunnelbanan."

En trevlig ung man hjälpte mig med bagaget från bilen ända in på rummet och erbjöd sig att hämta varmt vatten flera gånger. **Frukost:** Familjerummet inkluderade två frukostar, men vi fick en extra frukostkupong. Frukosten var riklig och varierad, och det fanns gratis kaffe hela dagen. **Gratis parkering:** Gratis parkering. När vi checkade ut hjälpte samma trevliga unga man oss med en parkeringskupong för att köra ut. **Miljö:** Redan när jag kom in i lobbyn älskade jag inredningsstilen – mycket modern och chic. Vi hade ett loftrum med två sängar, där nedre delen var för avkoppling och övre delen för sömn. Badrummet hade separat vått och torrt område, med tydligt avgränsade funktionella zoner. Generellt sett är jag mycket nöjd. Jag bokade baserat på recensioner online och det visade sig vara ett utmärkt val. Alla kan tryggt bo här. Jag kommer att bo här igen nästa gång."

"Beijing was the first stop in my trip to China with my dad. And this hotel set the bar pretty high for the rest of the hotels in the trip. The place itself was really nice it all looked very modern with some interesting touches. The room was really good too very spacious with a sofa, table, big bathroom, the only downside is that we asked for 2 single beds but instead got a double one but the rest of the amenities of the hotel made up for it. I have to mention the gym, wow it was really good equipped, very spacious and amazing views, even though I was walking around Beijing all day I couldn’t wait to go to the hotel to go to the gym and pool. The pool was quite big, although I expected more rooftop it was closed because we went in march which makes sense. The only downside I would say is the location, it is a bit far from the main attractions and railway stations, but getting Didi in Beijing was so cheap I can’t complain. I also found that the city is so comfortable to go around cycling. It was an amazing experience and you can rent the bikes everywhere with Alipay or WeChat. The hotel was also in a good area to get good food from anywhere, if you want Chinese or European food it is close to really good restaurants. While also having fast chains and breaks fast spots nearby."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, and the room was one of the most spacious we have experienced in China. Having the gym and a shopping center within the same building was also very convenient. The staff were very kind and attentive, especially Wendy, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She checked in with us daily and assisted us with all our requests. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The price is very affordable, yet the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I also liked the automated toilet — it was a nice modern feature that made the room feel more upgraded than expected for the price. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which made it easy to relax at night and enjoy watching a movie without any issues. The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel is also located in a quiet neighborhood, which made it a great place to rest after a long day out. Another thing I liked was how convenient the area is. There are grocer marts nearby, along with several food options like hotpot, meat pie, and beef noodle restaurants, all within easy reach. The only downside is that the room does not have windows or outdoor ventilation. Aside from that, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly place to stay in a peaceful area."

"Tio minuters promenad från tunnelbanan, så läget var ganska lätt att hitta. Rummet var väldigt litet, det kändes som att sängen var precis innanför dörren. Det fanns ingen plats för bagage, som tur var hade jag bara en ryggsäck, men den var svår att få plats med också. Sängkläderna var bra och bekväma, och duschtvålen och schampot verkade vara av god kvalitet, det fanns även en bodylotion. Rummet hade två flaskor mineralvatten, två små Coca-Cola/Sprite och två små snacks. Gymmet låg på andra våningen och man behövde ta trapporna från lobbyn. Utrustningen fanns men var ganska spartansk, det kändes som att de hade köpt begagnat och att det saknade underhåll. Roddmaskinen kunde inte justeras i intensitet och den digitala skärmen visade inget; detsamma gällde för cykeln; träningsbänken vinglade; och på en kombinerad träningsmaskin var vikterna inte ens anslutna... Det sades att det fanns kvällsmat, men om man inte kom klockan nio skulle man inte komma efter halv nio, för det fanns inget kvar och de fyllde inte på. Det var inte ens rester. Frukosten serverades på en restaurang mittemot lobbyn, så ta på dig varma kläder om det är kallt."

"We booked two rooms and stayed for eight nights. Location – The hotel is strategically located right in the heart of Qianmen Pedestrian Street. There are plenty of street food stalls, shops, and reputable Peking Duck restaurants nearby, including Quanjude and Shijiminfu. It’s also within walking distance of Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, and the nearest subway station is about a 10-minute walk away. Cleanliness & Comfort – The rooms were spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. I loved that they provided both a soft and a firm pillow, so you can choose what suits you best. The heated toilet seat was a wonderful touch, especially in winter. The room controls were also smart-enabled through XiaoDou (China’s version of Google Home), which made adjusting lights and settings very convenient. Service – The service was impeccable. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. They surprised us with handmade dumplings for the Winter Solstice Festival and a lovely Christmas gift. There were also complimentary snacks, hot flower tea, and fresh fruit available for guests throughout the day. A special thanks to Cui, who helped call my airport transfer and calmly assisted in locating my phone when I thought I had left it behind — truly above-and-beyond service. Overall, we had a truly pleasant stay and would happily return."
