"Check-in was a nightmare. They needed a password, which I didn't have. The guesthouse didn't have customer service, and I couldn't make international calls due to phone restrictions. Plus, there was no Wi-Fi. I was stuck at the door for over two hours before the owner finally sent a repairman. I used his local phone to call customer service, and the representative spoke heavily accented English. Luckily, my English is pretty good, so I could barely understand. Finally, they gave me the guesthouse password—good heavens! The hotel password had 20 or 30 letters and numbers, and with the representative's accent, it took me almost several tens of minutes to figure it out. If you're a traveler from China, I strongly suggest you don't stay here. But if your English isn't great and your phone doesn't have local data, definitely don't stay here—you won't even be able to get in! A 12-13 hour flight to the guesthouse only to be unable to get in—it was so incredibly inconvenient!"
