Hotel needs refit.Bathroom shower very low pressure.Noisy room due to commercial kitchen equipment outside bedroom window.Very old tv in bedroom not a smart tv or anyway to connect devices.Bedroom carpet dirty near the door needs shampooing.Breakfast staff pleasant.

Arrived very early so left my bag behind reception,
My friend and I then went out touring for the day, we later went for food and drinks and we managed to lose each other, she came back to the hotel with my phone,
I later arrived with no phone and gave my details was told there was no booking for me, I waited in reception for nearly an hour whilst they tried to find my booking, eventually they found it on the check out list, this was after 1am so I was very tired and ready for bed.
At breakfast the next morning we were told they hadn’t had a delivery so there were no sausages or pastries for breakfast, this was a little disappointing , Apart from this the hotel was central & clean, the staff were friendly.

Absolutely beautiful hotel Sharon the hostess is Absolutely amazing she's very efficient so is thr other lady but I don't know her ne nothing is to much trouble for these ladies they work so hard the other lady is around Sharon's age and her and Sharon are always running around working and asking if everything is okay they are a credit to your hotel and thank you to all the people who work behind the scenes the chef and the domestics making sure everything is clean and tidy all these people are the backbone of the hotel

Disappointing. Couldn’t find my booking at all. After getting a room and resting somebody entered to show the room to somebody else.
Unfortunately there was a group of ladies booked at the same time and they made a lot of noise and nobody stopping them so I got up at 3.30. Shouted at them and they went to bed. Went for a shower but no hot water. Asked for a fried egg and 2 sausages for breakfast. That took 45 minutes. It could be a great place with some organisation. We were probably unlucky on the night

Highly recommend this place. I had a great experience in Ireland except every place I stayed was not heated adequately for me, except here. I was even provided a heated blanket. If you are sensitive to noises, I encourage you to have earplugs or some type of noise cancellation but otherwise you should stay.

GGästanvändareAs we were staying for one night only we weren't TOO fussy. We got a family room which was also kitted out for wheelchair user. Our view was of a tall, solid concrete wall. Friends stayed in a bright, sunny room looking out over the harbour.. Choose your room carefully if you are staying for a while and like a pleasant view. Breakfast was just okay. I had poached eggs on avocado, peanut rayu and sourdough. Felt it had too many flavours. Would like to have seen some simple breakfast options on the menu. Several dishes served with hollandaise sauce. I also noticed a few flies hovering around the food area. Would not rush to stay there again even though location was fabulous looking out over the harbour.

GGästanvändareStayed in one of the apartments, lovely and clean. Comfy beds, towels and shower gel etc supplied. The only downside was being woken up by what sounded like the beer delivery at 5am ! More than made up for by the lovely staff and hotel. Didnt try the restaurant, food did smell amazing however.

CCostaClan17The rooms were definitely not clean. The staff was amazing and even upgraded our room due to it being our honeymoon, but the mold in the shower was a turn off. Uncomfortable beds for sure. If the price was a little more reasonable I wouldn’t have been so eh on the review.
