It is an excellent place, even for families. It is close to the train station, and every spot in Trani is close, less than a 15-minute walk. The breakfast is amazing, like a buffer. I enjoyed my five-day reservation.

The whole experience was very good: a member of the team came to pick us up just outside the pedestrian part of town and took us to the parking lot which was super close to our Trullo room. The Trullo was authentic, clean, comfortable.
Good breakfast at a nearby cafè and very good suggestions for dinner in the evening!

로마에서 한인민박 지내다가 가서 진짜 전 모든게 만족 스러웠습니다. 너무 친철한 호스트와 깔끔한 숙소, 테라스까지 만족 그 자체....라마모나칠레해변까지는 걸어서 10-15분 정도로 전 걸어다니는데 큰 불편함이 없었고 하루에도 몇번씩 숙소를 왔다갔다 했습니다. 역도 가까워서 접근성이 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 방문하게 되면 다시 만나요 사장님! Ciao!!

Sehr freundliches Team; beim Frühstück wird laufend nachgelegt; praktische Lage für die Besichtigung der Grotte (wenige Minuten fußläufig entfernt); saubere Zimmer, wo sogar täglich der Boden gewischt wurde, angenehme Größe des Badezimmers

Zimmer sehr modern auf dem neuesten technischen Stand. Klimaanlage vorhanden und individuell einstellbar. Zimmer sehr ruhig trotz starken Verkehr durch die Hauptstraße. Hotel nahe dem Busbahnhof gelegen.
Frühstück war nicht nicht so obtimal, wenig Auswahl, keine Wurst oder Eier, nur Käse und Toastbrot.

Я путешествую одна и оставалась здесь на сутки. Расположение отличное! Было достаточно чисто. Единственное, что мне не понравилось — это то, что чтобы заселиться, необходимо получить инструкцию на вотсап. Мне вовремя ее не прислали и пришлось стоять под дверью и писать администраторам. В итоге меня запустил кто-то из постояльцев. Далее не могли разобраться, какой номер кровати. Это все подпортило впечатления, но, в целом, опыт хороший.

GGästanvändareUnfortunately this was a stay of two halves, and I wish I'd heeded other people's low reviews about the host's attitude before booking.
The place itself was lovely. A cute, clean little room that seemed authentic and had some nice finishing touches. The area around was beautiful and it's a great location.
I was excited to see the room description, stating a spa, billiards room and other amenities that would account for the higher cost of this place.
I saw the warning that the booking was non-refundable but took a punt.... I was wrong for doing this. Soon after booking, I received the first of many messages stating the jacuzzi in the photo was an extra 209 euros, which was apparently written in very small print, the large fridge in the photos was just for show and alongside this were given a set of house rules including not being allowed to eat in the room!
I didn't like the attitude from the messages and I tried to cancel, over 2 weeks before our stay, but was refused.
Cut to the day of stay I was sent another set of rules, this time warning us that if we change the temperature of the air conditioner or any other settings then ”the consequences will be on us”, it also told us to re-read the rules carefully and reminded us we couldn't eat or drink in the room. Self-check in was simple, although on the website it states there's a front desk and luggage storage on site... There isn't. It was 39 degrees outside and 27 inside.
I messaged saying that in the heat setting, 24 degrees, was too warm and asked if we could lower the temperature, she refused, I asked for a fan, she pretty much accused me of lying, saying it WASN'T too warm, and after a long and draining conversation she ”allowed” us to change it to 18 degrees.
After this, I tried to be civil and she responded with some suggestions of places to eat and visit. We ”respected the people who work for you” as she demanded in the messages.
The apartment was equipped with basics but for the price, would have expected extras like small toiletries or glasses for water.
It all went well until the last day on check out, I suggested some things to make the stay better such as a friendlier manner, trash cans in the room and more toiletries, as this was quite an expensive stay. I suggested she revisit the description of the hotel and that she didn't send ”the rules.”
She didn't like this. In all honesty, the woman, I believe, is a narcissist, and can't take responsibility for her mistakes. She wouldn't accept there were areas for improvement and when it came to asking for help that linked to her apartment, she took it as a criticism on her part and went on the attack. She sent a final message which was copied from one previously sent, so this suggests she's had similar issues before. I had to block her because she wouldn't stop messaging me!
I have all the messages saved and complained to trip.com who have been extremely helpful.
If you want to stay in a nice place, this is lovely, but there are similar ones out there with nicer hosts.
Don't give this rude lady business.
I never did get to play a game of billiards.

MMary KangWhat an amazing experience to stay in a Trullo at this property! My husband and I booked our stay in mid-Nov., which is the beginning of the off-season in Puglia. When we arrived, the concierge/manager, Ugo, graciously upgraded us to a loft/superior accommodation. It was fantastic! He personally walked us to our charming, Trullo, which was not only impeccably clean, but also completely modernized despite being an historic, antiquated structure. We arrived on a chilly day to find that the marble floors are heated and very toasty! The queen bed was comfy, and the updated bathroom was enormous, with a huge shower. The little dwelling even had a very well-equipped, modern kitchen if one were to stay for a longer period.
Finally, I left my small jewelry box in bathroom when we checked out. We took a 20 minute taxi ride to a train station, and apparently, during the ride Ugo tried to contact the driver to inform us that they'd found the box. Ultimately, when I discovered my oversight at the next hotel and contacted Ugo, he kindly express-shipped my jewelry back to my home in the U.S. I can't praise this property or its management highly enough. Don't hesitate to stay here!

AAkkarpanDet här stället handlar om läge, läge, läge – ett helt fantastiskt ställe i en mycket turistig italiensk stad, och för 40 dollar per natt kan du verkligen inte slå priset. Det är definitivt mer av en tekniskt kunnig, japansk mikrohotellliknande uppställning. Det finns ingen reception, inga nycklar – bara din telefon för att checka in och komma åt rummet. Det fungerade bra för oss, men om du letar efter en mer traditionell hotellupplevelse kanske det här inte är din stämning.
Själva byggnaden är en ombyggd lägenhet, nu uppdelad i fem rum. Kommunikationen var utmärkt – värdarna var mycket lyhörda via WhatsApp. Många av recensionerna lovordar renligheten, men vi hade lite problem där. Vår dusch var blockerad, och när underhållet kom drog de ut vad som såg ut som en liten pudel ur avloppet. Det väckte definitivt en del farhågor om hur noggrann städningen var innan vår vistelse.
Med det sagt, när problemet var löst gick allt annat smidigt. Om du är van vid minimalistiska uppställningar och bara behöver en bra bas på ett bra läge är det ett bra alternativ. Förvänta dig bara inte lyx eller ens känslan av ett fullservicehotell. Sammantaget: bra, inte fantastiskt – men skulle överväga att bo här igen.

GGästanvändareAn Amazing Palazzo situated inside the ZTL. We loved the architecture and staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked two suites for our family of four but were put on two different floors. One suite on 2nd floor is as beautiful as shown in the picture. Another suite is located on the top floor which feels like a maid room in the old days. It was ok but because it’s on the top floor the temperature in the room was higher despite the Air conditioning. Nonetheless we enjoyed the stay.
There are also many restaurants, souvenir shops, cafes and gelateria right outside and along the streets where is hotel is located. Nice vibes but not noisy.
Dinner at their restaurant (La Bocca) was alright . Beautiful pasta but second course dishes were average. and there were many mosquitoes around the area of our table and we all got bitten badly.

GGästanvändareit was Trulli(magnificent)idea to choose stay at the Trullidea! First of all: the location is great - at the very center of the Alberobello Trulli vilagge, but a bit aside which wakes it even more comfortable. The house has got everything you need: little kitchen, with coffeemaker and other facilities, fine bathroom, large bed, and a sitting part. It is arranged with a smooth Italian touchand spotless clean.
The staff from Trullidea work perfect as well. They will tell you everything what you need to know about the village and all the places worth visit.
Breakfast was served in a nearby caffe and consisted of buffalla cheese, prosciuto, pan and coffee - everything superfresh and supertasty!
I recommend Trulliidea and their lovely houses for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Alberobello!

Ppaulrob200Excellent location, 20 minutes walk from train station and back door gives direct access to the brilliant centro storico. Very pleasant stay at the Arryvo Hotel. Very modern interior, modern room design, with comfortable bed and clean rooms. A nice seating area on the first floor and a sizable coffee shop/restaurant. Breakfast is a la carte from the menu and was a refreshing change from the norm of buffet breakfasts. The onsite washing and drying machines were a massive bonus.
Extremely warm welcome at reception on check-in, extremely helpful and similar upon checkout. Id absolutely stay again if I return to Lecce in future.

IIABCThis hotel was the highlight of our trip. Despite arriving 30 mins early to check in, a staff member was immediately sent to help us and arrived within 10 minutes to get us settled. The room was immaculately kept and had really fresh crisp sheets.
We loved wandering the grounds in the morning, and the trees were bursting with citrus, figs, grapes and olives. Despite a small language barrier, we felt so welcome and the food was incredible. The vending machines were also a nice touch for fresh cold water.
We couldn’t recommend this place enough for a more secluded, peaceful and serene stay near Ostuni.

The street is indeed a bit noisy; but I anyways use the earplugs, so didn’t cause me problems
The bed is fine, pillows not so much
The AC is centrally controlled through the apartment and I felt it’s a little weak if you travel in the hottest months of the year, also it is placed right above the bed so not really nice cause it blows right on your head
Overall a fine experience for me and cute view

CChristutiGreat and spacious room and bathroom. Areas very well kept and clean. The manager/person in charge was very courteous and attentive, allowed us to check-in later and helped us throughout the process with chat and video. He was always a message/phone call away and responded rather quickly. Located perfectly and just walking distance of supermarket, pharmacy, coffee house, stores and places to eat. Plus just a short drive away from amazing places to visit. Would definitely recommend and consider booking again when I’m back in the area.
