The room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!

Mostly everything is good, the services, cleanliness and amenities. They even provide simple yet delicious breakfast with reasonable price, and a hotel pyjamas. The only problem is the laundry service, only have 4 unit and always occupied...and need to wait so long to wash, plus that 1 hour wait to unlock the door after it finished washing, I am not sure is this normal 😅😅 Hope the hotel can look into their laundry service, anyway everything is good 👍👍

Unbeatable location as hotel is situated in between two train stations with Nipponbashi being just 5 minutes walk. Smack right in the center of eateries and shopping, its super convenient! 3 elevators served the Main Tower, which meant a much shorter waiting time Daily breakfast served delicious local and continental cuisine. I really like tbe coffee machine which served aromatic matcha latte Room was spacious for 2 pax, clean and functional! Bathroom was equipped with branded toiletries and the shower had good warm water strength Staff were friendly, always smiling and polite. Great stay, highly recommended!

The hotel is in between Shinsaibashi Station and Nagahoribashi Station. The staff are polite and friendly. The room is decent size for two people, though 2 open luggages can only be done halfway open, but sti ok. There’s free hot & cold drinks at the lounge area which is open from 5am to 12mn. The buffet breakfast is nice, mostly local Japanese foods (which we like), i can say that the cereal can be considered western. 😁 There’s a family mart just 2-5mins walk. And you can also walk to Namba from the hotel. Overall, it is a good hotel choice when in Osaka.

This hotel offers complimentary breakfast for all guests. The room is small but well optimized. Complimentary toiletries are available at reception 24X7. They don't offer complimentary water bottles, need to buy from their vending machine. It's little far from osaka station.

Nice front desk services and great for all type of tourist. The room is bigger than my previous budget hotels in japan and you can do some bodyweight in your room. When night time after you get back from train or metro you will find convenience store easily. The guy who in front desk with long white hair, He help me a lot to make best way to go to Kyoto. A woman with long hair and tied up, She is nice and ready to help (she wear black suite with black converse all star, that cool). For who that make up my room, you have perfectly job. Everything was so good that I forgot to take pictures for the review.

This hotel is really nice with its natural hot spring and free flow drinks available from vending machines. Location is not too bad, near train station and bus stops.

Location: Next to Bentencho station so easy access to Osaka loop line and Chuo Line for Subway and Rail. Really good location even though it's not central Osaka. The advantage is that you can still get everywhere within 10-20mins and the surrounding area is clean and safe and quiet. There is a 7-11 next door and a commercial gym (charged at 1650 per day) Negatives are there is not much to do in the evenings. But this leads to the quietness of the area and is an advantage Hotel Room: We stayed in double room and it was large. Nice comfortable bed with good pillows. The AC was modern and good and did not make noise even while we were asleep. The room is cleaned daily (tidy and new towels) with new sheets every 3 days. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The room was also very clean. The bed has USB and chargers on either side of it. There is space to hang clothes But the room is really nice. We always were glad to come back to a very clean and tidy place. The TV has English menus but we never watched anything. Negatives are the fridge could be colder and the bathroom sink has a tiny slope on it so you cannot place product on the sink but you have a shelf above the sink for this. Very slight negatives for what is a great place to stay Hotel features: Excellent. Great laundry room with several washers & dryers. Trouser presses, vending machine and ice machine. A rooftop terrace with good views. The breakfast is free and is underwhelming, just different bread and pastries with choices of juice, soups, water and yogurt. It's acceptable and I guess it's free. The hotel lobby has little items you can take if needed, such as hair bands, toothbrushes, razor kits but something nice was that they give you bath bombs for free too. Different ones each day. Staff: Very friendly and helpful, even after midnight when I made requests they were very fast and helpful Overview: 100% would stay here again. The price-to-quality ratio and the large room size make this an easy choice. Do not worry about location, I stayed it Dontonburi area before and alothgh its close to everything, its loud, dirty and feels unsafe. But the location of Porta Inn is really good and super easy to get to central areas (around 10-20mins) and easy to get to the airport (direct line) and easy to get to Universal Studios too.

The hotel is in between of Namba and Shinsabaishi subway station. It’s convenient if you are taking the Nankai express from airport to Namba, just walking distance to the hotel. There are Don Don Donki , family mart nearby the hotel area. Walking distance to Shinsabaishisuji, and many streets. Many food variety nearby the hotel area.

Hotellet har ett utmärkt läge, bara gångavstånd från Namba Station, med utmärkta förbindelser till Dotonbori och Shinsaibashi. Shopping och sightseeing var mycket enkelt. Rummet var rent och hade allt, inklusive kök, tvättmaskin och kylskåp, så jag kände mig som hemma. Sängen var bekväm och jag sov gott. Det är inte lika trångt som ett hotell, så det fanns gott om plats för två personer att sprida ut sitt bagage, och det bästa var att kunna koppla av. Det är utmärkt valuta för pengarna, och jag kommer definitivt att bo här på min nästa resa till Osaka!
