"The hotel is located in a good area and is close to a subway station so it is easy to get around. If you are staying at Welina East branch you can use the onsen facilities at the West branch for 500 yen. The staff were helpful especially the 2 males working at reception.They were kind and friendly.Clean towels were delivered daily. I stayed for a duration of 6 nights and I think the no cleaning policy should be adjusted to those who are staying for a longer period of time . The room is basic but practical."

"Unbeatable location as hotel is situated in between two train stations with Nipponbashi being just 5 minutes walk. Smack right in the center of eateries and shopping, its super convenient! 3 elevators served the Main Tower, which meant a much shorter waiting time Daily breakfast served delicious local and continental cuisine. I really like tbe coffee machine which served aromatic matcha latte Room was spacious for 2 pax, clean and functional! Bathroom was equipped with branded toiletries and the shower had good warm water strength Staff were friendly, always smiling and polite. Great stay, highly recommended!"

"The hotel is located near the heart of Dotonbori, close to Don Donki, and within walking distance of Shinsaibashi and Namba. There is a 7-Eleven right outside, as well as a tax-free drugstore, which is very convenient. Check-in and check-out were both fast and smooth. You can leave your luggage at the hotel, but it is at your own risk. I hope next time they will take better care of the luggage, similar to other nearby hotels. Our water closet bidet was not working properly during our stay. The Super Twin Room was clean and spacious, which we appreciated. However, we hope the pillows can be a bit fluffier, as they were quite flat. It would also be better if there were two pillows provided per bed for added comfort"

"The hotel is easy to find, conveniently located, and close to landmarks and popular check-in spots. Even if you arrive late at night, you can check in by yourself. The staff provides great recommendations and excellent service. Most importantly, they even offer candies, which is a wonderful touch!"

"Nice front desk services and great for all type of tourist. The room is bigger than my previous budget hotels in japan and you can do some bodyweight in your room. When night time after you get back from train or metro you will find convenience store easily. The guy who in front desk with long white hair, He help me a lot to make best way to go to Kyoto. A woman with long hair and tied up, She is nice and ready to help (she wear black suite with black converse all star, that cool). For who that make up my room, you have perfectly job. Everything was so good that I forgot to take pictures for the review."

"For a single person the room can be considered enough if not intend to stay many hours in the hotel, the location is ok very convenient that the Blue meteo line is exactly outside the main entrance but the rest are falling short. For me was the cheapest option for the last minute trip and didn't mind the accomodation too much, but still it fell crowded and small."

"Om Dotonbori inte är ditt huvudmål är läget perfekt. Rummet är dock inte så stort, så det var lite trångt för två stora resväskor. Badrummet är rymligt! Hotellet ligger på en huvudgata, och det finns en stor mataffär precis intill, så du kan få snacks, glass, bentoboxar och mer till mycket billigare priser än i närbutiker! Närmaste tunnelbanestation ligger precis bredvid hotellet, och Shinsaibashi Station ligger inte heller långt borta, så vi använde bekvämt Midosuji-linjen. Dotonbori ligger cirka 20 minuters promenad bort, men vi åkte inte dit för huvudattraktionen, så vi planerar att återvända nästa gång vi besöker Osaka!"

"Just finished my stay here and honestly, I really recommend this hotel! The location is super convenient — the Kitahama station is literally just one traffic light away, so getting to Namba, Shin-Osaka, or anywhere else is very easy. The area is a quiet district, so you can actually sleep well at night (no noisy crowds). Plus, there are convenience stores everywhere — Lawson, FamilyMart and 7-Eleven all within 3 minutes’ walk. One thing I really appreciated is that the hotel has laundry machines and dryers. This is very important when travelling, especially in colder or wetter seasons. The room size is also surprisingly big, not like those micro-sized hotel rooms in Japan. Everything was clean, comfortable and well thought out. They also have a coffee machine that makes really nice hot chocolate haha. Only downside is that there are only two lifts, so sometimes need to wait a bit. Overall still a great stay. I’ll definitely come back again!"
