Tiny room with an old and very small Queensize (??) bed. Everything seems to be really old, so does the dust in the corners of the room or of the ventilation in the bathroom. Service was okay... we could convince them to leave our bicycles outside the hotel entrance (no way to leave them at the ”luggage storage” inside the lobby). Drinks like coffee, hot chocolate, tea and soft drinks are for free. Microwave free. Also they have a bath house but no sauna for the girls - unfortunately. Best option in town.

Exceptional Onsen Experience and Delicious Breakfast My recent stay at this hotel in Japan was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to every detail with genuine hospitality. The highlight of my trip was undoubtedly the exquisite onsen bath house. Nestled amidst serene surroundings, the onsen offered the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. The facilities were immaculately clean, the water temperature was just right, and the tranquil atmosphere allowed me to truly unwind after a day of exploring. Each morning began with their amazing breakfast spread, featuring a wonderful selection of both Western and Japanese dishes. The quality and freshness of the ingredients were outstanding, and the presentation was as beautiful as the flavours were delicious. From freshly brewed coffee to traditional miso soup, every meal was a delightful start to the day. The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, making my experience truly memorable. I wholeheartedly give this hotel a five-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan. Whether you’re seeking a relaxing getaway, a cultural experience, or just a fantastic place to stay, this hotel exceeds expectations in every way.

Very tiny city and the hotel is just comfortable as its name. Right next to the jr station and offers 800yen for one night car park.

Good hotel warm comfortable bed.But no water inside the room provided.Room small but I could manage.Very Centrally located only 1 min from the train station Disadvantage only 1 elevator but waiting time was reasonable. Breakfast was good but to small to host all the customers. Onsen included and pajamas and slippers provided.

Lovely modern hotel, spotlessly clean, smallish room, great bath. Excellent position in centre of town close to station. Very quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Green Rich Hotel Tosu is our first choice hotel in Tosu area. Location is very close to JR Station, many restaurants and supermarket nearby, very quiet at night, feel safe walking around. We will stay again in Green Rich Hotel Tosu if we visit Tosu next time.

The location is very near to the tosu premium outlet. It's like a boutique hotel with free parking lots. Receptionists are very friendly and speak a good command of English. Will recommend.

The hotel had a very good location which is just next to the JR station. The room is very clean and has a good view. Staff at the reception are very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is a buffet style with excellent food. But it would be better if dessert or some fruit could be served too. Anyway the breakfast was very good.

Det är ett gammalt hus med historia Det är mycket konstnärligt inrett och fyllt med många målningar och kalligrafi. Platsen ligger en bit från Saga Station, och en taxi från JR-stationen kostar cirka 1 000 yen. Om du går tar det cirka 20 minuter och du kommer att passera genom China Town. Det finns många restauranger och kaféer på vägen. Diagonalt mittemot hotellet ligger Tamaya (ett väletablerat varuhus i Saga), men den här vägen är extremt tyst och rummen i japansk stil har ett mycket gott humör. Men området är egentligen för litet Efter att ha bäddat sängen på natten finns det i princip ingen plats att stå. Den första incheckningsdagen kan hotellet ha många gäster, men något ”illa” hände. Först torkades inte toaletten i badrummet av. Servitören kom för att be om ursäkt och flyttade oss till ett annat rum. Sedan gick vi ner för att äta middag, men när vi kom upp skulle de ha bäddat sängen medan vi åt middag. kanske fanns det inte tillräckligt med servicepersonal, sängen var inte bäddad. Men lyckligtvis löstes de alla i tid. Hotellets ägare är mycket elegant. Det finns en servicepersonal i receptionen som är mycket bra på kinesiska, japanska och engelska. Vi stannade i två på varandra följande dagar, och de förberedde speciellt olika innehåll till middagen för att inte äta samma sak två dagar. Detta är mycket omtänksamt. Om du kommer till Saga och vill prova ett lugnt familjehotell, men inte har tid att åka till bergen på landsbygden, så rekommenderas detta varmt.

館内にエレベーターはなく、3階までフロアがありますが、階段の利用です。手荷物が多かったので、少々大変でした。 立地のせいか、学生さんらしき方々が多く宿泊していました。 一般的なビジネスホテルと比べると、サービスレベルは低。 客室内は其れ相応の広さで不自由はありません。 割り切って宿泊するならば良いと言ったところです。
