Hotell med 3-stjärniga i MIMAROPA, Filippinerna

Lägemässigt mycket bekvämt. Precis bredvid Robinson Place. Servicen är bra, personalen är artig. AC:n fungerade inte i vårt rum till en början, men personalen flyttade oss omedelbart till ett annat rum. Renligheten var välskött. Bekvämligheter - Dricksvattenautomat finns, vattenkokare men inget kaffe eller te. Handduk, 3-i-1-schampo, balsam och tvål finns; ingen tandborste finns.

Staff : friendly, helpful, accommodating, and providing ”top tier” hospitality The location is a major highlight, as the hotel is only a 2-5 minute drive or a short walk from the Puerto Princesa International Airport. rooms are spacious, clean, well-designed with unique hand-painted murals, and having very comfortable beds.

Vi bodde här bara en natt eftersom vi hade ett flyg att hinna med nästa dag, ett härligt hotell som sov gott!

Jag hade en fantastisk vistelse på Costa Palawan Resort! Det är vackert och rummen är rena och rymliga. Personalen var otroligt hjälpsam och vänlig, alltid leende och hjälpte till med att boka turer och hyra cyklar för att ta sig runt i Puerto Princesa. Faciliteterna är fina, särskilt poolerna, men gymmet och spaet skulle behöva lite förbättringar. Frukosten hade begränsade alternativ, men det var tillräckligt, och jag njöt verkligen av omeletterna. Jag rekommenderar att hyra en cykel eller bil för enklare åtkomst från hotellet, men totalt sett hade vi en trevlig vistelse och skulle definitivt rekommendera denna resort!

Overall, average hotel. I was disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again. Room: stayed 5 nights. The room has a mold smell upon entering that persisted even with the bathroom door closed. The toilet also flushed very slow and sometimes required 2 flushes. Room was spacious, and otherwise quite clean and comfortable. Quite dated and furniture had lots of dings/scratches which doesn’t really matter. Staff: I always try to be friendly to service workers because I know their work is hard. The staff I encountered seemed grossly disinterested. On the day of check in, I asked for some water (as I had to wait a few hours till check in), and was asked to pay 65 php for a bottle, but I witnessed another guest receive one for free. Not sure what happened. Also had some communication issues regarding laundry that I had done with the hotel. Perhaps the staff is overworked.. I didn’t experience the friendliness that other reviewers speak of. I do want to shout out Mou, the activities/tour coordinator! She was very friendly, and helpful in planning my activities. She helped address an issue I encountered with my tour very promptly and efficiently. Thank you Mou! Also thank you to the security guards who helped me call tricycles! I wouldn’t stay here again, nor would I recommend anyone to stay here. Suggestions: I think communication needs to be improved. If a staff member is busy, it is OK for them to let the guest know that it will be a moment. Would also recommend addressing the mold smell in room 320.

Location of the hotel was very close to the town however our room (pool view) was at the top and with lots of bags it’s quite the climb due to all the stairs. The staff were friendly and the rooms was fairly clean Just outdated, the window in our bathroom wouldn’t shut causing lizards and other small bugs to come In the room and the water in the shower would occasionally run cold. Other than than the room was a decent size and we had a pleasant stay

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights and it was worth the money. The room was spacious and clean. Hot and cold shower was available. The staffs were very kind and accommodating to our needs. I was able to work for 1 night with their internet even if it was just around 8mbps but there will be times the internet will be out. If you get the other side of the hotel, you will get an amazing view of the mountain. Only downside of our stay was that my husband got diarrhea on the last day of our stay, it could be from the boat tours or may be from the hotel buffet since I was not able to eat some of the meals there while my husband did. But overall, the hotel stay was great! Hopefully Palawan solves this ongoing “diarrheic outbreak”. We were able to visit Puerto Princesa and El Nido before but never had the experience getting sick.

Ok but not great. Room had a very strange violent smell which they tried masking with a cheap perfume type fragrance, staff ok, they did what they had to. Wifi only worked well in lobby, but you could get weaker wifi in restaurant and pool area. Very hard to get any wifi in rooms. Floor tiles in bedroom need re laying as it was like walking on spongy tiles! Buffet breakfast extremely limited but ok and with egg station. Pool area lovely, and approx 20-25 mins walk from airport and about the same from the puerto princesa waterfront promenade. Ok for 1 night to freshen up before flight, but you wont get any favours here and forget about late checkout after midday!

Very good large room right next to a good sized clean swimming pool Wi-Fi and TV with YouTube worked really well Service desk were kind and helpful The cleaning of room prompt and efficient There are lots of tricycles pass by for the short ride to the mall or the other end of town All in all would surely recommend staying there Value for money especially on a promo rate Well done Hanabee resort ♥Salamat
