Nice hotel very convenient for one night and comfortable for 1 night stay. Change money before you come to the hotel as no atm nearby and visa and mastercard not accepted. If in transit you can claim 40 rmb per person back at the airport for spending on food before your flight. Come early and bring your boarding passes!

One of the best hostels I've been to.
A really cheap price - even a single room is quite cheap.
In a quiet part of town, so the sleep quality is amazing (especially if you take the single room so there are no noises at all)
There are a lot of social places on the first floor and very friendly residents and staff, the often cook and eat meals and you can join them.
The hostel is next to a big night market and an area of local restaurants.
If I go to haikou again, I will definitely go back.
Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is great, making it convenient for getting around. However, the hotel itself is old and very rundown. The entire place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the carpet had a moldy odor, which made the stay very unpleasant. We even had to wear masks just to enter because of the overwhelming smell. Would not recommend unless improvements are made.

Highly Recommended 100% (even for foreigners) 👏🏻👏🏻🔥: This hotel is one of the best stays I have had since coming to China. At this price, it is simply unbeatable.
The owner is exceptional, very kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about his guests. The reception staff are also friendly and professional. Thanks to this experience, Haikou has become my favorite city in China. The owner even lent me his motorcycle for free to move around the city, which shows how generous and welcoming he is.
The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well maintained. They are cleaned daily, with amenities renewed every day. The bed is comfortable, the environment is calm and peaceful. The hotel is near of many famous place and restaurants 💯✨.
This is truly the best hotel for this price, with an outstanding manager. I had one of my best stay in China here and 100% recommend this hotel 👏🏻👏🏻💯.

The staff front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. They provided free shuttle service too from airport even at 1am. Room was clean and spacious for the money you pay super worth your money. Very near to airport around 10 mins drive.

Everything was perfect about this accommodation. There are a plenty of supermarkets around, many restaurants, different shops. The beach is 5 mins walk. You can rent a bike right next to the hotel (40¥/day). The view from the apartment is amazing. The apartment is clean, the service is good. More than satisfied with this accommodation, I couldn’t want more.

100塊的特價房，住一宿趕第二天的早班機，智能窗簾，我們住的是無窗房，但並不是沒有窗，是窗外面是牆。住一晚也不影響啥。周圍還是挺熱鬧的，樓下有很多便利店。兩個年輕的接待也都很熱情友好。附近的早餐很多是七八點鐘才營業，趕早班機的不知道來得及。附近肯德基和麥當勞都有，肯德基的早餐便宜，9.9就能買一份。有接送機服務，我們自駕所以沒用，但是前台的小妹妹有主動詢問登記。洗澡的熱水蠻好的！

Riyuehai Hotel är verkligen det bästa hotellet jag någonsin har bott i.Från det ögonblick jag anlände var personalen varm, vänlig och alltid redo att hjälpa.De gjorde även mitt tvätt gratis, vilket var en så tankfull touch.
Rummet var spottlöst och rengjort varje dag av hushållsgruppen, som höll allt färskt och tidigt. Platsen är perfekt, bara en kort promenad till stranden, en shopping mall och en mängd olika restauranger, inklusive många internationella alternativ med kök från hela världen.
Hela fastigheten är väl underhållen, och poolområdet är rent, vackert och perfekt för avkoppling.Jag njöt av varje del av min vistelse här och rekommenderar högt Riyuehai Hotel.Jag kommer definitivt tillbaka.

Llay pingThe villa feels old and a badly maintained. You see stains on the kitchen top and broken furniture (eg. mahjong table) in the dinning hall. This tells you how proud they are about their products. The floor feel dusty. The dinning chairs are cheap and easy to fall back on. There is no cutlery (no spoon, chopsticks, forks, scissors) provided in the kitchen and you see unkempt grasses (overgrown) in the pool area. The water from shower room seeps into the toilet room next door. Given the villa in such condition, it would be much more comfortable to stay in a hotel. The nice photos shown are not representative of its real conditions. Staff service was ok. They would offer help or attend to you quickly if you have any complaints (eg checking on water seepage in shower room). They also help to fetch breakfast and meal for you from a building that is quite far from the villa. But sometimes they maybe busy and you will have to wait for the delivery which is inconvenient. There is nothing much to eat around the area and you will have to drive out. If you stay in a month with cold weather, you won’t want to use the pool so better consider if it is worth it paying for a villa with pool is worth it since villa without pool are much cheaper.

HHweiling OwThe place was hard to find. There are tonnes of shop lots at the bottom of one entrance, and the other entrance had a large open area with stairs that goes up. The security guard I asked did not recognise the name, and there is no obvious signs that I could pick up. (I cannot read mandarin). I dont think there was any other way aside from contacting the person via the app. Even if you found the entrance, there is no obvious reception area.
We had to ring the contact person on the Trip.com app, and I had family who could speak mandarin to help guide the rest of the process. He is helpful and quick to respond. He brought us through a metal door, to a dark alleyway with lifts inside. If we weren't in a group of seven, I would have worried about my organs at this point.
There was a bit of a juggle with my cousins and my side of the family. So I ended up staying in the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT. The layout of the three bedroom apartment (located on the 18th floor) that we ended up in is similar to the two bedroom apartment with the lounge carved up to create a new bedroom. apartment is quick to respond. The two bedroom apartment (located on the 25th floor) felt bigger and cleaner, and had better views.
From here onwards, it is the review for the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT: We ran out of toilet paper and had air-conditioning issues. The contact person is quick to respond and solve our issues. The beds are hard for my body that is use to a softer version. There is no daily cleaning services that suits us. They supply toothbrushes, shower caps, body and shampoo wash in the bathroom, and disposable towels. The towels can be reused during the time you are there, but they are meant to be thrown away so they dont have the responsibility to rewash the towels. We didn't use the swimming pool on the third floor as we were too busy. It is RMB4 per use. They also supply a singular giant bottle of water. I think it was 5 litres. The air conditioning units in all three rooms work. Our view is a live view of how Sanya people live in Sanya, families in another building, the locals sitting on their balcony on a hot day.
You get a couple of tags to tag into the building, out of the building, into the lift, and into the bedroom. There is also a code you can type in to get access into the building. When we left, the contact person helped us with getting a taxi to the hotel. It went through his account and we paid him cash rounding up to the closest amount. He did not want any more for helping us. He was extremely helpful.
This is one of the cheaper choices in Sanya - and my rating is for the price and location.

AAnonym användareI have mixed feelings about this place. The best part is the location. You are on a main road with many shops, restaurants and bus stops as well as the beach. I also liked the pool despite it being a little too shallow. The view from my balcony was also great.
One problem was cleanliness. Never walk around the room barefoot cause your feet will get dirty. It also looked like the crockery and kitchen utensils were not cleaned before I arrived. As you can see some of the utensils were dusty!
Hot water was another issue. Obviously you need hot water to properly wash your hands and dirty dishes. However I only had hot water in the shower, not in the kitchen nor bathroom sink.
This leads to my next issue which is service. I told the staff about the lack of hot water on the Friday and they said they would fix it at some point during the day while I am out with my friend. I come back at roughly 9pm to find out there is still no hot water. On Saturday morning I remind them to fix it before I go out again, hoping when I return I will have hot water. While I'm at the beach I miss a call from them. Turns out instead of fixing the issue, they want to move me to another room with hot water. When I return from the beach I saw the message and told them I am ready to move to the new room. But they replied saying I was too late and they gave the room to someone else. (If I did take that room, does that mean the other guest would have my room and have to suffer with cold water instead of me?) Instead of taking responsibility for not providing hot water or trying to fix it, the staff tried to blame me and said I can't get hot water cause I was too busy to answer their calls. When I pushed back on that comment their next excuse was that a lack of hot water is a common problem in Hainan? But then they said they would check if there was a free room with hot water the next day (Sunday). However, they never contacted me about that again so I just gave up trying. If they couldn't fix the problem, they could have at least offered me compensation but they didn't. This experience made me feel dismissed and unimportant as a paying guest.
To sum up, I wouldn't stay here again based on my experience. If they were to give me a room with hot water in the shower AND in both sinks, that's great. However, I would still have to deal with dirty floors and cookware + tableware. It's definitely not the worst place I've stayed in but regardless it didn't meet my standards so I still wouldn't stay here if I return to Sanya. Disappointing.

服務：在攜程預訂好民宿之後，工作人員便第一時間與我取得聯繫，發送了詳細的地址，根據導航，直達門店！Check in全程絲滑，車直接停在地下車庫，然後管家帶我們上樓。車庫乘坐電梯，直達房間樓層，超級方便。管家很熱情，響應也很及時，能夠在第一時間處理我們的需求，不僅專業，而且周到，能站在客人的角度去思考和解決問題。
環境：整棟公寓高大巍峨，白天遠看像一座豪華遊輪，到了晚上燈火輝煌，十分好看！房間裏物品擺放整齊，提供了電磁爐、蒸鍋、刀具、碗筷等日用品，冰箱、洗衣機、電吹風也是一應俱全！更為用心的是，衣櫥裏擺放了應急用消防呼吸面具，門口也擺放着滅火器和雨傘，這是在其他民宿很少見的！陽台很寬敞，已經配備了晾衣架，洗衣曬衣一氣呵成。站在陽台遠看，山水風光無敵！
交通：民宿位於保利海棠灣，距離林旺夜市僅需一公里左右，騎車五分鐘便可抵達。從這裏出發，無論是去免税城，還是去三亞市區，以及去後海村、皇后灣沖浪，都很方便。如果想要購物，可以去cdf三亞國際免税城，如果想要吃飯，夜市是選擇之一，另外就是海昌夢幻不夜城！
總之，推薦大家放心入住！

GGästanvändareфото соответствует действительности. по хорошему - квартира требует косметический ремонт. кровать большая, удобный жесткий матрас, не продавленный. диван по возможности заменить. хозяин по просьбе предоставил необходимую посуду - кастрюлю и блендер. даже когда отключили газопровод (ввиду замены трубопровода), предоставил электрическую печку. также как-то не было напора воды, хозяин прислал работника, тот проверил, что села батарейка для счетчика воды, заменили батарейку и вуаля. главное - не стесняться и говорить обо всем хозяину. решает все очень быстро. по просьбе предоставили электрический мопед за адекватную цену, что очень удобно посетить ближайшую округу и местные деревеньки. расположение до моря - 1 километр. совсем рядом остановка автобуса. две едальни - рядом, одна поближе, рядом с озером, вокруг которого хорошо совершать вечерний променад, вторая немного подальше, не доходя до моря. территория жилого комплекса ухоженная, удобная, есть бассейн. понравилось сама территория по сравнению с другими, рядом расположенными жилыми комплексами (осмотр уже на месте). в целом - рекомендую.

GGan Yung ChyanI kept cancelling room stay at Sanya Hua'erxi previously as I am afraid of encountering typhoons. My original plan was to stay at this hotel on 23 August 2025 but I cancelled the room stay because the typhoon shut Sanya down on 24 August 2025 and the high-speed train company informed me that there is no train service between Sanya and Haikou on 24 August. So, two days before I checked-in on 20 September 2025, I decided to re-book the fourth level room at Sanya Hua'erxi after knowing another typhoon will not hit Sanya and Hainan on 21 September 2025.
I thank receptionist Xiao Fang for arranging the room that faces Sanya Phoenix Airport runway. The airport is beautiful at night and during sunrise. The bed is comfortable. The toiletries are sufficient although there is no razor. I am very happy that I manage to spot planes on the rooftop and in the room. There are no dog barks and cock crows after the typhoon. The plane noise is bearable although ear bugs are available in the room.
I was the only guest to eat complimentary breakfast, a bowl of noodles without any fruit. The place to eat appears to be smaller that what is depicted on Trip.com. There are only two rows of tables and the drinks dispenser machine after the hotel entrance.
Sanya Hua'erxi (华尔汐酒店), formerly known as Hua'erxi Beauty Inn (华尔汐美宿), is of ten minutes' taxi ride from Sanya Phoenix Airport. It is located very near to Hinze Hotel. One-way taxi fare from the airport to this hotel costs 24.90 RMB. The hotel does not have its own shuttle van for return airport transfers. The transfers are by private car. Late check-out until 2 pm is not allowed but the guest can still go up to the roof for plane-spotting until 4 pm after storing the luggage at the reception desk.
The rooftop is only open when the guest requests Xiao Fang and other receptionist to open the rooftop. There are no official opening hours of the rooftop.
There are no lamp posts along Fenghuang Road. It is advisable to only walk outside the hotel after 6 am when the sun rises.

GGenOhlsonComfortable, lots of light and air, and insane views from the 24th floor. Bed and towels were freshly laundered. Loads of hangers for clothes airing/ drying. Slept like a log until the neighbours had an argument next door the next morning. Water hasn't been routed to the bathroom sink, but the shower right next to it works fine, and the water temperature is adjustable to be hot. The desk staff were direct and helpful, all queries answered and dealt with.
Will definitely come again.
*The pool featured in the attached photos doesn't belong to the Seaview building; it belongs to the place next door, but there is a pool and sun lounge area on the 3rd floor of building 2.
*The neighbouring building has an aviary on top of the penthouse, and they have peacocks that call every now and then.

Удобно, много света и воздуха, безумные виды с 24-го этажа. Постель и полотенца были свежевыстиранными. Много вешалок для проветривания и сушки одежды. Спал как бревно, пока соседи не поругались на следующее утро. Вода не была проведена к раковине в ванной, но душ рядом с ней работает отлично, и температура воды регулируется, чтобы быть горячей. Персонал на стойке регистрации был прямым и отзывчивым, на все вопросы отвечали и решали их.
Обязательно приеду еще раз.
*Бассейн, изображенный на прилагаемых фотографиях, не принадлежит зданию Seaview, он принадлежит соседнему зданию, но есть бассейн и зона для загара на 3-м этаже здания 2.

GGästanvändareThis is really a lovely room: cosy, with a great view, large balcony with comfortable chairs. Bathroom is perhaps a bit more simple than the rest of the room, but still acceptable. In any case, it's the relaxing vibe that counts most! As for the surroundings, it rather depends on what you're looking for. Different tourists like very different things after all. As for me, I don't care much about surfing or swimming in the sea and I absolutely hate loud noise. I was mainly looking for a quiet relaxing place with beautiful scenery around me, then just stroll around and sit down with a drink and a book to enjoy peace and quiet. I am well aware though that most tourists visiting Hainan have quite different preferences, so I wasn't expecting a perfect match. Actually, during daytime I really loved this place! However, in the evening it turned into a bit more of a party scene with the bar next door playing quite loud music. It's the way it is and that's of course not something the friendly hotel owners can control. I still enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again if the price for a room with private balcony is right! However, I would say that in my opinion 1 or 2 nights is probably enough, because after that the evening noise would start to work on my nerves;-)

GGästanvändareThe room I booked was supposed to be on floors 2-5. When I arrived I was taken into another building to the twelfth floor and from there we walked up a narrow spiral staircase to the room.
I didn't want to accept it and there was also another shock: they charge 30-50 yuans per day to use the kitchen ( which is actually included in the listing) I contacted trip.com support, but they were of not much help, the hotel told them this is the only available room they have. When I insisted they again made me wait. Trip.com comes back to you in half an hour or an hour if there is an issue. They didn't call the hotel for about 20 minutes - we were next to each other with the person in charge waiting for that call.
So while waiting for the second time the boss offered me a room on the fourth floor but I had to pay 40 yuan extra per day. I was furious but had to accept it and pay as trip.com didn't bother to talk to the hotel. I also translated the writing in the kitchen area with google translate: it turned out it is only 30 yuans per day if you cook. You can use the fridge and plates for free.
I don't think this is a good business attitude to charge extra for the room you already paid for - as they say ”upgrading”. I had a heavy suitcase, so surely I didn't want to climb up stairs to a 13th floor instead of floors 2-5 where there is an elevator.
The rooms are quite small, so they are good for short stays.
Apart from these they were nice to me and it is very close to the sea and the evening programs in the street. I danced, did exercises with people in the evening - even listened to a concert - all for free. In the mornings there are activities in the street as well but I also wanted to swim and sunbathe :)
