酒店就在圖盧茲馬塔比尤火車站對面不遠處，從馬德里坐夜行巴士到圖盧茲時天還沒亮，擔心酒店沒開門，於是在巴士站等了差不多一個多小時才導航找酒店，卻沒想到巴士站和火車站就挨着。到了酒店，前台是一位女服務員，説明情況後，入住是肯定辦不了的，因為一般都是下午三點辦理，於是存了行李，見酒店的早餐還可以，就付了八歐直接吃了，早餐是按人頭提供的套餐，麪包比較硬但非常好吃，飲料可以隨便喝。早飯後出去溜達到吃了午飯後才回去辦得入住手續，房間是鑰匙開鎖那種，很乾凈，對一個人來説很夠用，出門時把鑰匙交給前台回來後再取。酒店離新橋和加龍河等景點都不遠，我都是溜達着逛的。當時拍了幾張酒店照片的，回國後清理手機相冊放到電腦裏了，懶得往出翻了。總之，是個不錯的酒店。

Hotel sans prétention mais calme et propre. Par contre, il faut faire attention lors de votre réservation sur trip qui stipulant les petits déjeuner et qui n’ont pas été pris en compte par l’hôtel ( 6.50 par personne) Trip, n’a pas rectifié l’erreur selon l’hotel...à voir

La habitación pequeña pero con todo lo necesario para estar perfectamente. La ubicación inmejorable, cerca de todo pero no en pleno centro, y muy fácil aparcar. El personal súper amable y servicial y el desayuno más que completo y buenísimo.

Parfait, hotel confortable,très propre, très bon environnement. Personnels très sympathique,tres bon accueil, à l'écoute ,parking privatif et sécurisée.environnement très attractif proche commerce et tous les commodités nécessaires à un bon séjour. Je recommande fortement.

El personal muy amable y atento. La habitación doble es sencilla pero con todo lo necesario. Lo que menos nos gustó fue la ducha ya que no tenía mampara o cortina y eso la hace bastante incómoda porque mojas todo.
La ubicación nos pareció muy buena, justo delante de la estación y cerca de puntos de interés.
Tienen sitio para guardar las bicicletas.

Un immense merci à Sylvie, la réceptionniste de l’hôtel Première Classe Tarbes, pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. J'avais réservé une chambre simple, mais elle a eu la délicatesse et la générosité de m’installer gracieusement dans une chambre plus spacieuse. Un geste qui m’a vraiment touché. Ce genre d’attention est rare et mérite d’être souligné. Je rajouterai que les chambres sont en très mauvais état , draps déchirés dans ma chambre.Toutefois ce n'est pas la faute du staff... A suive.

GGästanvändareThe hotel is at the other end of the action ( activities , eateries, and shopping. A good 10 minutes walk to the action area. The room is rather small for two to move freely. We let each other pass as the space is for two mid size person. The shower was somewhat ' tickling ' , the control of the water temperature was a challenge. Breakfast is 9 euros, per pax, which is basic continental ( no ham and eggs ), which is convenient for early riser as other eateries start 8ish. Luggage storage is allowed. Checkout time was allowed at 11am ( specified at 10 am). The staff were helpful and pleasant. Overall stay for us is pleasant although I dislike the shower.

GGästanvändareI know that it's a budget hotel but, really, it wasn't very good. It barely scraped through as acceptably clean although don't go investigating too deeply as you might find things that you don't want to see. There was a cigarette burn on the bed cover...not nice...and a ”quiet room” was at the top of the stairs so everyone on that floor passed the room...quiet ? The welcome was OK, not warm but maybe lukewarm, the check out was very friendly. The shower unit needs replacing as it's botched and very scruffy; almost impossible to get soap out of the dispenser and one of the bedside lights didn't work. OK just about sums it up and that's being fair.

GGästanvändareStuff was polite and lovely . we book breakfast and when we want to serve something two peple was standing over there and just zoom to our hands that they look over our hands that how much we want took bread or something else . That was rude and disgusting.

SSr.NaldoHotel bien ubicado y céntrico. En mi caso la habitación que me ha tocado esta junto al buffet y con la ventana a un patio interior por lo que si eres alguien que no puede dormir con ruído posiblemente no sea tu mejor opción. Para mi personalmente me parece un hotel adecuado para viajeros que sólo necesiten una habitación.Si tuviese que volver a la ciudad probablemente lo elegiría.

AAnonym användareLocation was excellent and the staff were all very polite and friendly n spoke English. There were however mosquitoes in my room which I could get rid of n it was annoying.
The staff were also helpful in booking a taxi for me for my trip to Toulouse airport.
I would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and return to stay if I’m back in Toulouse again.
They also allowed me to store my luggage after I checked out .

GGästanvändaretout d'abord impossible de valider notre code d'entrée nous avons téléphoné et avons eu un autre code (POURQUOI?) impossible d'aboutir car il fallait régler 2,60 € de taxe de séjour en plus !! bref nous sommes restés devant la porte 20 mn en pleine chaleur ... donc très énervés
la chambre correcte mais la salle de bain avec baignoire sabot très glissante et très haute donc dommage que nous n'ayons pas eu une douche...
le petit déjeuner très mesquin pour le prix .... pas de charcuterie, ni fromage, ni fruit.... jus de pomme pas de jus d'orange....
c'est la 2ème fois que nous réservont dans cette chaine et sûrement la dernière.........................
