The service was truly wonderful — the staff were warm, attentive, and made the entire stay feel effortless and relaxing. The location is ideal for exploring Old Quebec, and the hotel’s charming atmosphere really enhances the overall experience. The little shop inside the hotel is also a lovely bonus — beautifully curated with quality local items, perfect for souvenirs or small treats. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Quebec!

酒店用廉價的棉簽 完全沒有用了棉簽的頭掉在耳朵裏 酒店前台事不關己的態度讓人怒火三丈 花了一個晚上在葯店跟醫院 我小孩的生日晚餐就這樣被他們毀了 事後一點道歉跟抱歉的話都沒有 更離譜的是checkout時 居然發現賬單多加了一位成人餐費 問原因説有人要求加的 要求算在我們320房費裏 這是什麼操作 我説你們不打電話問我們 我問是誰 他們説不知道反正有人要求加我們就加了 這是什麼酒店管理 蹭早飯這麼容易的。。。 還有我 一條黑色圍巾丟在酒店 半路上打電話去問有沒有找到 前台説有有有 你們隨時過來拿 我電話裏把圍巾細節都確認好 開車1小時折回去給我一條灰色的 ***色盲啊 這是住過體驗最差的酒店

這是非常完美的一個酒店，除了貴沒有其他毛病，整個行程最好的，住了倆個晚上，第二個晚上回來後，收到一張通知單説整個蒙特利爾停水了。。。。但我還是給五星好評了。 那天晚上沒得洗澡，直到第二天退房也沒有來水，酒店給我延遲到 1 點退房，另外多給了四瓶礦泉水 酒店的樓下是個珠寶城，還有手錶，看中了一個可惜沒現貨，門口坐着喂鴿子也很舒服

Vogue Hotel Montreal Downtown was one of the best stays I had this year. The hotel was extremely clean, there were so many services available and the fitness centre was excellent. The location was incredible, just a few steps away from the best stores and restaurants. The valet parking system was also well organized and the employees provided superior customer service. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I need to stay in Downtown Montreal.

Sofitel was an amazing place! We really enjoyed the welcome service, the location was decently convenient, the hotel was clean, and it was close enough to amenities and restaurants. I do wish it looked more pretty on the outside, inside, and there was a more grand lobby. The lobby area was okay, and it doesn’t feel too premium.

MMatt88My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms. We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow. For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged in their friendly conversation and one of them stepped up to help us. I thought that was totally unprofessional for the staff chatting among themselves in front of guests. Rooms are basic and clean. The location is central. The staff has showed no warmth and attention. In Asia a hotel of this level will greet u warmly and the better one will remember your name. Services at restaurants in Montreal are top notch. We visited some with long history and the staff took pride to explain to us the history. It is a shame Fairmont has some of best historic buildings in Canada and the staff showed no interest to highlight the history of the buildings. I travelled a lot for me to earn a diamond member here. I will avoid staying at Fairmont and any of their member hotels from now on.

AAustinSakuranakaBefore Montreal, I have stayed at FS Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Dubai, San Francisco, Macau, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Sydney, Beijing.. This one was by far the worst four seasons I ever stayed even tho the room was amazing with modern design and highly automated. Let alone the extremely bad experience when I checked in which I could write 2000 words about, they even can’t supply enough hot water.. it’s just warm or u could even say it cold as u got your AC on in your room. And they put under construction post near my room idk if it’s because of the argument while checking in then they coming at me, I wish not. I could’ve reported the whole situation to four seasons official email , Instagram, Facebook, Google review etc but I chose to forgive.

WWahed MokhtarGreat Recovery by Management – Excellent Location!” Our stay started off on the wrong foot due to a few issues with our initial room. However, I was very impressed with how management handled the situation. They were quick to respond and offered us an upgraded room for our second night, which completely turned our experience around. The hotel is in a fantastic location—walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Thanks to the excellent service recovery, we left with a positive impression and would consider staying here again.

MMontag19Our stay was perfect! Checkin was seamless. The staff was extremely kind and helpful! The room was clean and exactly as pictured. The electronic features of the room were an added bonus (motion sensor lighting and electronic blinds/curtains, sensor and heated toilet). The location was amazing and so close to everything. The concierge helped us find a fun speakeasy within walking distance and checked in with us afterwards. Best weekend trip in a long time!
