Rummet var bekvämt och barnen hade det jätteroligt. Det fanns tillgång till tvättstuga och gym, och i lobbyn på första våningen erbjöds gratis datorer, snacks och dryck. **Renlighet:** Vid incheckningen var avloppet i badrummet tyvärr inte helt rent, men efter ett samtal kom personalen snabbt och åtgärdade det. **Miljö:** Omgivningen var mycket lugn, med god ventilation och fint ljusinsläpp. Inga konstiga lukter, och barnen trivdes även här. **Service:** Vi kom från Chengdu och tvättade våra kläder i den kombinerade tvätt- och torkmaskinen. Igår kväll hängde vi dem på terrassen på tredje våningen och glömde tyvärr att ta in dem när det började regna. Hotellets personal märkte detta och var så omtänksam att de hjälpte oss att ta in kläderna på kvällen. En fantastisk service! Frukosten var också mycket tillfredsställande.

The hotel location is just a short walk from the ancient town and close to many restaurants and convenient stores. The hotel staffs are welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is good and they provide transport to or from the train station. The room come with a small balcony which is good for smoker and those who wants to enjoy the view. The shower has no partition so the toilet can get a bit wet after a shower. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The location is excellent being at the scenic spot itself. That's a shop selling noodles buns and snacks right beside the hotel. I stayed on the 5th floor and the view was excellent. The only thing is there is no elevator and I have to climb up the flights upstairs. So it is not recommended for those who have problems climbing. You can ask to stay at level one though when you book and the owner will accommodate. They also helped to carry my luggage up and down the flight of stairs. The room is very comfortable and there's a projector where we can watch movies. There will be no more noise from the pub after 11:30 pm. There's air conditioning and heating in the room. One thing to note transport is very difficult to get from the train station to the hotel. So bad to arrange pick up and send off with the hotel beforehand. Difficulty to get transport is a norm in Phoenix ancient town.

Det är en kombination av naturens gåvor och omtänksam service. Det mest unika med detta hotell är den enastående 280-graders panoramautsikten över vattenfallet. Hotellet ligger vid klippan vid Furong-vattenfallet, och när du öppnar dörren möts du av en privat balkong med utsikt över vattenfallet. Du behöver inte trängas med folksamlingarna i turistområdet. På morgonen kan du se vattenfallets dimma sprida sig över de gröna bergen, och floden glittrar. På kvällen kan du njuta av ljusen som reflekteras i vattenfallet, där de lila och guldfärgade vattenridåerna smälter samman med den gamla stadens stjärnor. Att sitta på balkongen, dricka te och njuta av utsikten gör dig till en avslappnad själsfrände mitt i naturen. Det som är ännu mer anmärkningsvärt är att hotellet har uppnått en balans mellan utsikt och komfort. Den utmärkta ljudisoleringen stänger ute vattenfallets brus och lämnar bara den visuella chocken. De mjuka och följsamma madrasserna och de hudvänliga sängkläderna säkerställer att resenärer kan sova gott omgiven av bergen och vattnet.

Resorten är lite svår att få till om du hyr DiDi så se till att använda sin gratis pickup-tjänst från flygplatsen eller tågstationen.De var mycket boende. Vi bokade hotellet förra min och de kunde arrangera en förare för att hämta oss samma dag.Överlag var boendet mycket bekvämt och det är beläget i en liten by bara steg bort från en av de fem ingångarna till National Forest. Vi hade definitivt njutet av den lilla stadens känsla.Det var en trevlig resa att dekomprimera efter Chongqing:s livliga, ljusa ljus och bussiga gator (som också var bra!).Maten de serverar och free frukost var mycket bra. Han stannar definitivt här igen när vi besöker Zhangjiajie.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the room was ok but I was expecting bigger bed for 3-4 people. There was not enough towel as they provided only 2 towels while the room can stay up to 4 people. The location is a bit far from the shopping centre, however, we could walk to the shopping centre (15 mins walk). At night, also had cigarette smell even though we closed all the window and no one smoked in our group.

Good location for food around and view. Hence the hotel is located at area without transport, basically you need to carry luggage and walk all the way in.the hotel staff is good and helpful, assist to carry my luggage to the roadside on the last day.

Great experience in this hotel. Location was perfect too! And hotel allowed us to leave our huge luggage behind for 1 night since we went to zhangjiajie and fenghuang and impossible for us to drag our luggage there. Near the lift to the metro station just outside the hotel and got McDonald’s as well. Perfect for us to have breakfast from before going airport

If I could score this hotel 20 out of 5 I would. After looking at countless accommodation options around the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and its various entrance points, and reading through so many reviews, I chose this hotel and I’m so glad I did as it deserves endless compliments that I don’t know where to begin. Location - it is situated in a charming rural village very close to the Central Gate of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park which, after hours of researching, is the best entrance point in my view as there are no queues/crowds, and it is closest to the Bailong elevator whereupon there’s a direct shuttle bus within the park that takes you from the Central Gate directly to the Bailong elevator. The best part is, the hotel provides free pick up and drop off between the hotel and the Central Gate, which is a fantastic service especially if it’s dark by the time you finish exploring the park. Room - the room was spacious, clean and has the most stunning views of the karst mountains! The room has a smart system which is voice-controlled and a smart toilet, and has very thoughtful touches such as an overhead warmer/ventilation system in the shower area. The airconditioning/heater in each room is individually controlled and not part of a central system. It was great walking around the premises and breathing in fresh air, with their little onsite dog Xiao Bu Dian as a great companion. Food - whilst there aren’t many food options around given its rural location, those aren’t needed as the hotel has an onsite restaurant and the chef cooks such delicious homecooked/authentic meals, and they even use fresh vegetables grown on their premises! The free breakfast provided is also yummy! Service - last but not least, the service that all staff members at the hotel provide is excellent! Because I stayed 3 nights, they provided free pick up and drop off between the hotel and the airport/train station, and patiently waited at the train station for me upon my arrival. There are so many itineraries floating around on how to explore the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park that it’s rather overwhelming, but the staff help with planning the route to take and also with purchasing discounted tickets. The manager David also kindly offered his personal details (prior to me checking in) so that I could place my taobao orders for delivery at the hotel (most other hotels in China do not offer that service and require you to use your own details instead, which can sometimes cause issues with deliveries if parcels arrive before checking in). Unbeknownst to me when I placed my taobao orders, courier drivers do not deliver to the hotel due to its rural location, and instead drop parcels off at various collection points (some rather far from the hotel). David and his team patiently collected each one of them for me from various collection points. I even got a free room upgrade. The service of David and his team is simply unrivalled, and I’m truly grateful to them for making my stay so memorable. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel! You will not regret choosing to stay at this hotel!
