Hotell med 4-stjärniga i Ligurien, Italien

Our room was very comfortable and the 4th floor location was great! The room was listed as a garden view, but from our lovely terrace, we definitely had partial ocean view! We loved having a terrace complete with a table, 2 chairs, two lounge chairs and a remote control awning, to make shade if needed! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The front desk staff and the staff in the dining area were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were varied and good. We didn’t use the rooftop pool, lounge chairs, or hot tub but it looked fun. We also didn’t swim or access the private beach; the price of 50 Euros for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella seemed a bit expensive. We were unsure if we could have gone there just to sit and have a drink without paying a fee. We should have asked. The location is about a 20 minute walk from the train station and there are no sidewalks for a small section as you get close to the hotel, so you have to change to the water side of the street and then cross back over. The city buses from the train station seem to always be very, very full so using the bus with any luggage would have been almost impossible.

The facilities are simple but very clean. The staffs were super helpful and flexible and were always there to help me. Very impressed with the service

close to the portal, need take taxi or bus to the train station. While I enjoy 20minutes walking through the main street to get there. Great staff, checked in for me earlier than expected, because the room was ready. I appreciate that. I paid in a good price for Clean and good amenities, very happy stay there. If I'm going back to the city, I'm gonna stay with them again

Vi stannade i detta vackra hotell för första gången med våra två barn.Vi bokade två rum, båda med fantastisk utsikt över havet.Atmosfären är charmig och naturligt elegant, förstärkt av byggnadens historiska karaktär. Personalen var vänlig och stödjande under hela vår vistelse.Frukost var utmärkt, med ett brett urval av internationella och lokala alternativ.Strand är bara över gatan, bara en två minuters promenad, som var perfekt för oss. Vi uppskattade också hotellets bekväma parkering, som ligger precis utanför byggnaden.Svømmelsepoolen med sin bar var en highlight37413; 28190; en idealisk plats för att slappna av och njuta av en aperitif före middagen. Det var en underbar upplevelse som vi skulle vara glada att upprepa i framtiden.

Great location right next to the train station and underground. Great breakfast and the bed is very comfortable. Easy walk to the old town. The only slight comment is the size of the room is a bit small.

Stayed 1 night in this hotel only because it was fully booked! ): Location wise - excellent. Walking distance from La Spezia train station, only 8 min walk. Manageable with luggages. Walk to city center and port is also easy and around 15mins only. Because of the good location, we didn’t have to spend on Transportation! Nearby there are many shops to get water, there is also a Carrefour 300m away. Safe area with lots of local shops. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. There is a nice balcony to chill like an italian. They provide basic toilet amenities and even 2 bottles of water. Toilet is clean. Only bad thing is water pressure is quite slow so bath time takes long. However, the large and spacious room makes up for it. Room is also very quiet for a good night’s sleep. I slept very well. Check in office is at another location around 100m away from property. Do note it is not at the same area. Plus point is property had a small elevator for heavyweight luggages. Most italian buildings do not have elevators Will definitely recommend this place! Very convenient and affordable. Highly recommend!

The hotel is conveniently located about an 8-minute walk from the train station, making it a manageable distance for traveler. However, I did feel a bit uneasy in the area at night, as it didn't seem very safe. While the hotel itself was comfortable, if I were to visit Cinque Terre again, I would likely opt for a hotel in Monterosso for a more secure and scenic experience. Yet, can't complain with this hotel rate. 

Great location right by the beach! The hotel is a bit old and the breakfast was average. Soundproofing could be better — we could hear the TV next door, and the neighbors were smoking (not the hotel’s fault). Overall, good stay mainly for the location.

The hotel was very good, clean rooms and in excellent location for all amenities, parking was free and outside hotel as it is next to a shopping centre. Short walk to main town and beach. Would definitely stay again 😀
