Hotell med 4-stjärniga i Querétaro Arteaga, Mexiko

The service was good, standard. The location was great, almost 15 minutes or less from the historic center of the city. While the hotel itself was located inside of a plaza with lots of restaurants and small shops. The best part is that when you stay in this hotel, they give you a small 10% discount on the restaurants found in the same plaza, it was neat to have that. Just one complaint would be the food on their breakfast buffet. Even though the food in flavor was good, the options were limited and the same in every single day, which it sucks if you are staying for more than two days as having greater options like soups or cold salads would be better for travelers.

スタッフの対応は良く、露天風呂もとても良い。日本人にとっては日本語で説明があるのもありがたく、セキュリティもしっかりしている。唯一洗濯機の利用が無料で嬉しかった代わりに洗濯+乾燥で6時間かかったので利用予定者は注意した方がいい。総じてとても良い宿泊だった。

Como siempre bien Buen servicio. Muy limpio. El personal del restaurante excelente en especial Verónica. Rapides en el check inn. La comida bien.

Good location, extensive well-maintained facilities, cleanly, service and food. The buffets are excellent and good value. The only negative would be that it's a bit corporate and things get dropped along the way, but I guess that expected since it's part of a large organization.

Location of property is not bad. It is easy to get everywhere by taxi. Two female staff were very friendly and they could speak English as I can’t speak Spanish. They offered me two big welcome chocolate cookies, very delicious. I need to complain is the property condition. It was aged, full of wear and tear. The owner has to refurbish it. Water leaked thru the glass door in the bathroom, spread the whole floor. Power outlet at bed bunk was not enough for two persons at the same time. Choices of breakfast were limited. However, I have to give a compliment to the staff of the restaurant and reception to help me recover my lost bag which contained passport and laptop. Thank you very much!

房間很大，服務也不錯，前台還送小零食，由於時間比較緊，沒吃早飯，整體感覺不錯的，停車位緊張，但是可以停在旁邊大酒店。

Todo bien en realidad, la limpieza bien, la cama confortable al igual que las almohadas. El desayuno con poca variedad de alimentos; pero con buen sabor en general. La atención del personal muy buena. El único detalle fue que no nos indicaron cómo se usaba el aire acondicionado hasta el otro día de nuestra llegada cuando reportamos que no funcionaba; pero se usa con la llave que nos habían proporcionado y no lo sabíamos hasta que preguntamos. Y solicitamos nos proporcionaran pasta dental (porque es parte de las amenidades del hotel ) y nunca nos lo llevaron. Pero en realidad nos gusto; para una estancia corta (solo estuvimos una noche ), es bastante recomendable.

Habitaciones muy amplias y comfortables. La cama súper cómoda. Gran opción

Hotel workers are nice and amazing people. They were so helpful about everything. Place is nice located and everything was great!

Great hotel in a good location. Will definitely come again the next time I am around.
