Hotel perfetto. non posso che parlarne benissimo! La posizione è davvero strategica, perfetta per visitare la città a piedi e ben collegata con tutto. Pulizia impeccabile in ogni ambiente: camera, bagno, spazi comuni… tutto curato nei minimi dettagli.
Un grande punto a favore è sicuramente il parcheggio privato, comodissimo soprattutto per chi viaggia in auto. Ma ciò che ha fatto davvero la differenza è stata la cortesia e disponibilità del personale: sempre sorridenti, attenti e pronti ad aiutarci con consigli utili su cosa vedere e dove mangiare.
Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio a tutti!

Staff was very helpful, breakfast buffet was cheap and good, place was clean but look a bit old, and definitely use the airport pick up and drop off service with them otherwise I will be troublesome to get there on your own, beach is 20 minute walk from there.

Rumsfaciliteterna är sociala. Sängen är för mjuk.
Frukosten är bra, många val.
Rummet är svårt att leta efter. det har nästan 50 rum på en nivå, rumsnumret är inte i ordning, mycket förvirrande.
Men hotellets läge är bra som bara 2 minuters promenad från Rom Termini

I had a very pleasant stay at B&B Roma Fiumicino Airport Fiera 2. The facilities were excellent — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. The location is convenient, especially for those traveling to or from the airport. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay near Fiumicino Airport! This was my second time staying at this B&B. During my previous visit, I stayed at Fiera 1, and this time I chose Fiera 2 — both have been excellent experiences.

Highly recommended. Daily housekeeping. Body wash/shampoo replenished on low, shower cap and towels provided. Hot water (tight shower area). Hair dryer, room safe, coat hangers. Floor is cold, bring your own house slippers. Friendly and approachable staff. Good breakfast spread: hot food (eggs, rice, cheese, ham, beans & carrot, mashed potato), coffee & tea with honey, toast, yogurt, cereal & milk, fruits (I take apple and banana up to my room), pies & cakes. Large dining area. 2 negatives are (1) location, long distance from Roma Termini train station and downtown (2) I have to carry my luggage up to 2nd floor (can get porter to help, but pity those on 3rd).

Sammantaget är det ett bra alternativ om du letar efter någonstans nära flygplatsen men inte lika dyr som Hilton. Bara ett stopp på tåget från flygplatsen och det är ganska ofta. Hotellet erbjuder också flygplatstransfer för 6 euro med 30 minuters mellanrum. Rummen är rymliga men kan vara lite mörka. I badrummet finns tre flaskor med en 3-i-1 tvålprodukt (handtvål/kroppstvätt/schampo), varav 2 var mer än halvtomma, med den nära diskhon helt tom. De ger inte mycket bekvämligheter så se till att du tar med din egen. Inte klaga eftersom det är miljövänligt men för vissa kan det vara ett problem. Lobbyn har ett litet butiksområde som erbjuder allt du behöver. Det bästa med detta hotell är dess närhet till köpcentret, dess bokstavligen nästa dörr. Så se till att du väljer den här platsen framför den över tågspåren. Jag tror inte att butikerna i köpcentret erbjuder mycket skattefria alternativ för turister men det ser ut som att det besöks av många lokalbefolkningen och det erbjuder en mängd olika varor och tjänster. Men det stänger tidigt klockan 21.00 med vissa restauranger som stänger klockan 22.00.

Läget är utmärkt, eftersom boende i Rom är ganska dyrt. Tågstationen ligger 10 minuters promenad bort, och Colosseum, Pantheon och Piazza Venezia ligger alla inom gångavstånd.

AAobfoodieWe got here at 11h and check is was only at 3pm ; without even asking they decided to upgrade our room so we would have 2 rooms as we were tra Eli g with our kids AND the upgraded room was ready immediately ! There is a lobby to check in but the hotel room was actually a few streets away. The bellman walked with us to our room and showed us where everything was super nicely.
- the mini fridge was stocked with Coca Cola, juice water beer and wine (2 of everything !) we were there 3 days and used everything. Surprisingly the extra charge was only 15 euro !
- great location about 50meters (exactly 80 seconde walk) from the trevi fountain.
- the street is really buisy with all the restaurants and merchants and shops but being on the 3rd floor we heard nothing and felt very safe. Would recommend 100% and would go back here if we came to Roma again.

MMichael_KOur stay at the Viminale View Hotel was an acceptable one - but we would unlikely return on a future visit to Rome.
Arriving at the hotel in the early afternoon, we were pleased to be allowed to check in ahead of the published time (14:00hrs). The service was friendly and efficient and we were quickly shown to our room - that being a ‘deluxe’ room at the end of a corridor. Room number 1 was to be our home for four nights.
The room was of a good size and well-equipped e.g. towels, tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge (with optional mini-bar), a television and a bathroom - with an excellent free standing bath tub in the centre of the bedroom.
Perhaps my biggest gripe with the hotel was the disappointing view from the room. A ‘Viminale View’ it most certainly was not. Interestingly, room number 1 was the only room on the wrong side of the building. All others, including cheaper standard rooms, had the all-important Viminale view. In fact, not from anywhere in the hotel could we see the Viminale, since the reception area too was without any windows.
Our two windows looked out onto a gutter on one side and an adjacent building on the other.
We paid a little extra for breakfast, which was of a simple but acceptable standard. Given the size of the hotel with just 10 rooms, an extravagant buffet was not expected. More a continental selection, there was enough to keep us going until lunchtime. Cold meats, cheese, bread, pastries, yoghurts, toast etc, with scrambled egg and sausage available as hot options. Hot drinks were made on request.
As a smaller establishment, this accommodation appeared only ever to be staffed by one person at a time, which somewhat impacted service. Once seated for breakfast, we were provided with a hot drink and then left to it. There was no opportunity to request further drinks, which was a little disappointing. And on one occasion, we watched as a guest had to go in search of a member of staff in order to get a cup of coffee.
Perhaps in the mornings, especially with breakfast to provide and guests occasionally checking out, a second staff member would be beneficial.
House-keeping was of a good standard but returning on our last night, we were keen to enjoy a coffee, only to find that our supplies had not been replenished and our cups were still dirty on the side. As a hotel unstaffed after 17:00hrs, it wasn’t a simple case of calling for some coffee, rather just going without.
Whilst an enjoyable stay, the view from the room and the lack of hotel staff beyond 17:00hrs just didn’t work for us.

Comfortable Stay and Helpful Staff:
The hotel provided a comfortable stay with clean and well-maintained rooms. The ambiance was pleasant, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. The staff members were exceptionally helpful, offering prompt assistance and providing useful recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. Their attentive and friendly service added to the overall positive experience.
Breakfast Experience:
One area where Hotel.Paris could improve is the breakfast menu. While the quality of the food was satisfactory, the fixed breakfast menu for all days became somewhat monotonous for guests planning to stay for more than a day. Having a limited selection of dishes might disappoint those who prefer variety or have specific dietary requirements. Introducing some variety or offering alternatives for guests staying multiple days would greatly enhance the breakfast experience.
Conclusion:
Hotel.Paris in Rome offers a comfortable and convenient stay, with its prime location and helpful staff being notable highlights. The proximity to Termini and major attractions makes it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore the city with ease. However, the fixed breakfast menu may become monotonous for guests staying for an extended period. With a little improvement in this area, Hotel.Paris has the potential to enhance the overall guest experience and become an even more popular choice among travelers visiting Rome.

GGästanvändareThe hotel is situated on a lively square. It is clean, appears newly renovated (in the rooms) and well maintained, with a reasonably attractive aesthetic. The accommodation is plain and simple: a bit student dorm-like with small rooms, but the room is pleasant, and clean, and the aircon actually works (unlike most in Italy). The lobby is staffed 24 hours a day (which is a plus), and the staff are helpful. The downsides are the small room size (oddly did not bother me) and the thin cheap doors. I chose to stay here rather than an airport hotel during a transit, and found the experience quite fun, being able to walk around Rome for a few hours overnight. ONE PROBLEM I would mention is that they are currently renovating the top 2 floors of the hotel (4 storeys) ... and it makes a lot of noise in the morning if you are trying to sleep after 8am. If you get out of the room before 8am, it probably won't bother you too much ... but if you like staying up late, I would find somewhere else to stay. Also, the hotel should warn guests of the problem, and they do not.

Reception was accommodating to allow us to store our big luggages before check in as we were travelling to Naples for a few days before check in. Special thanks to Riccardo from reception. Kimo, bellman was nice too to help with the luggages.
Location was perfect if you want to be near to Roma Termini station. Hotel location is also not very far from Colliseum or Spanish Steps. About 30 mins walk (if you don’t get distracted along the way 😉).
Hotel amenities were adequate. But the heated towel rack were not on during our 1N stay for us to enjoy “warm” towels.
Overall we would recommend people to stay in this hotel. 👍

Ничто не сравниться с чувством, когда куча людей топчется у фонтана Треви, а ты проходишь сквозь толпу в свой отель Fontana и знаешь, что утром будешь завтракать с видом на Фонтан! И можешь в любое время спуститься к нему, скараулив когда не много народа с самого раннего утра и не надо никуда торопиться. Есть нюансы, конечно, отель не молодой, со своей большой историей. Но я закрывают на мелочи глаза. Потому что люблю этот отель!
